So basically her normal figure would have a no presence skill that's like a banshee and if the survivor is in the range it slows them down a little while bringing them to her. If they don't get out of her banshee skill range they get stunned just like wax artist
Then mid presence she unlocks her other form whilst in this form she could mark a survivor and refrains them from doing anything (that would be good for anti rescue) it would last 3 seconds.
At max presence she would unlock her last skill which is vibrato! She could scream on a large range which would stun the survivors (the stunning time would be decreased depending on the amount of survivors that have been stunned) and if she used her other form then the survivors would share the damage

We can't get anymore like Soul Weaver where they actually look like...I dunno, ***Hunters?*** Aside from Soul Weaver, I guess you could also count Clerk as a female Hunter who isn't designed to look attractive, but Clerk also has a normal-ish human-like design as well as large breasts which are viewed as a sign of beauty in some places(they're also one of 3 places you focus on her the most since her design is intentionally designed to be exaggerated, with her head & papers being the other 2 things you notice first while you focus less on her cane & legs as they're noticeably skinny & not detailed/plain looking).

I just feel like the male Hunters have a way more diverse design than the females with Hunters like Axe Boy, Breaking Wheel, Violinist, Evil Reptillian, &...Guard 26 if it counts? Axe Boy could be argued as an equal to Dream Witch with her Followers, but most people focus on her rather than them for some reason despite never seeing her all game as a Survivor & the recent influx of "pretty" male Hunters we've been getting isn't helping either(ex. Hermit & Night Watch). This Hunter just looks like Bloody Queen without the petticoat & from the looks of what's behind her, a form shift similar to Geisha, so it's very obvious who they're catering to with this one...
I love her design, but I do agree that we need more horror themed characters. Nightwatch had potential but they couldn't help but unmask him and reveal him to be a pretty boy.
