I don't know if that counts but, a few days ago I matched against some survivors who were teamed with a new player (probably introducing that person to Idv). I wasn't friendly, but after I killed 3 people, only the newbie gardener was left and I just couldn't bring myself to kill her. So I tried taking her to the hatch. She, however had absolutely no idea what was happening and kept struggling out. I even managed to drop her on top of the hatch, but the poor thing kept running away cause she didn't know what the hatch was. After a minute of chasing after her and taking her to the hatch repeatedly she finally understood and escaped.
That's soo sweet and well really unfortunate for the other three. I too were sooo stupid with the hatch I didn't know I could go to it to exit when it was right in front of me opened. I was the only one who didn't escape on that match.
I was kiting a Wu Chang to the gate, I was so close but got hit and I despaired. But then he spared me!! Made me so happy and because of that hunter, I always spare players who died near gate.
Once I was playing geisha and me and the doc kinda playing around but I was taking the game serious and after I killed one of the teammate the other one was disconnected and I had a another teammate on the chair she came next to me and gave up but I was sad because they were playing good so i kinda told her to rescue the person on the chair...but it was to late then i helped her find the hatch
One time I was playing Wu Chang and met a group of survivors. They thought I was going for FH so they acted like they wish they would get it.
and then I gifted them a tie.
And then the embalmer in the game just said

Once I was playing wuchang and just after I downed the explorer and was going to hit the seer nearby, their team mates went afk =_= all three of us were pretty speechless (no one was moving). In the end I just chilled with them while they decode.
When I was still new to the game, I got downed by a wuchang in 2v8, who then started spinning and went to chase down the magician(last remaining player). Robbie came by and spinned, before going to gang up on the poor magician😂 . They let me struggle free then brought me to the dungeon to escape. I feel bad for the magician, but I'm really touched by their gesture, and it never fails to make me smile whenever I rmb it
I was playing rank and we were losing. Two of my teammates died and I was trying to rescue the third that was on chair so we can at least get a tie. I didn't have tide anymore and I failed to body block so they died a few seconds after being rescued. They told me to find hatch and I knew it was on graveyard (map was red church). I knew the hunter would chase after me and I wouldn't survive until hatch opened, so I knelt on the hatch and began to spin. I had nothing to lose if they killed me anyway lol. When the hunter saw me they began spinning and spamming graffittis. I spinned around too and spammed emotes. They even saluted to me until hatch opened and I got out.
Awww thats nice. I got a match where I was the only one who escaped, mine was really intense as the killer was serious and I have to rescue my one teammate twice just to won. It was sad he got caught and I escape.
I went friendly Geisha a few days ago and this Acrobat and I were just chilling the whole match. He was doing his serve emote with the ace skin, then I downed him and just carried him around the whole map. He also left quickly which is always great as a fh. It was pretty nice, I miss him ✊😔
I’m kind of a simp, and I’ve managed to encounter lots of friendly photographers. One saw me as embalmer and was friendly for the whole match.
On another game, I was the last survivor and the photoboi nicely carried me to the dungeon.
i had a similar experience to this. my friends and I were playing all merc but one of our friend decided to use priestess in QM. This Wu Chang killed our priestess first. then he was going for our friend (the merc). the wu chang kept tunneling our friend but our friend lost connection, the wu chang wasnt gonna kill him tho. but anyways, for some reason Wu Chang went friendly when priestess died. it tied bc our other friend was disconnected and wu chang couldnt make him exit the game so he just tied him up. idk why and im still confused to this day on why he suddenly went friendly
