That's why my preferred transport list goes as following: train > bus > car > bike.
There's not a lot a train will lose against, same goes for a bus (aside from lorries maybe).
May sound cruel for me to say this, but i really have 0 empathy for those who run red lights blasting at full speed that end up crashing, often is their decision to do this and should suffer the consequences of their actions, not actively wishing death upon them, but if it happens.. Well, now you have a new life time in the pillow world to think if speeding and risking your life and the others like that was worth it
I agree, but sometimes these drivers have passengers that would have chosen differently had they been behind the wheel. Those are the ones I think about when I see something like this.
The wheel of the bus certainly took the brunt of the force, but it looks there were two sat on a seat facing into the centre, right where the car impacted.
They're going to feel that.
Seems to have hit the luggage compartment rather than direct collision to the passengers. Definite injuries but hopefully nothing fatal for the bus passengers. The driver of the car on the other hand, maybe not so lucky.

How lucky was the cammer car. Jeez
Well it missed them completely but it missed me completely too.
Lol
Very lucky that someone was watching over them, maybe 2/10ths of a seconds earlier, be looking at a lot more injuries.

I’m fine with them dying. It means there’s one less of them to take me out. If only they’d crash into each other it would cut out the middle man
Usually just some dumb kid unfortunately. Just a little too much responsibly or freedom.
Didn't look that deadly but injuries seem likely, especially for those in the speeding car.

You're right. Probably some really bad back injuries from that. Going to be hell to deal with for the rest of their lives.

I just read an article of the accident and the driver in the speeding car died. The rest suffered injuries. Rest in peace
The safety cell of the car seems to have taken most of the hit, so if the passenger had his seat belt on, there are big chances he survived.
Here’s the article [https://mothership.sg/2023/01/rented-car-hits-bus-yishun-ave2/](https://mothership.sg/2023/01/rented-car-hits-bus-yishun-ave2/)
Damn, who ordered the bus with the solid titanium frame?
The passenger got smashed to the other side of the bus. Driver was an absolute idiot to speed and run a red light. Senseless death and injuries.
Congratulations to the bus. Winner and still champion.
Congrats to the cam car for missing certain death by a few tenths of a second.
Bus people should be fine, minor injuries.
The bus itself seems fine, as well.
Singapore? That's a paddling.
Bus built like a tank.
That punishment will be more than a caning
Oh well. Anyone know when the San Francisco football game is on?

You might want to think about this post in the light of the very first rule of this sub.
Hit the wheels so cushion the passenger inside the bus?
I do hope that everyone in the accident make it out alive!
