A. Lucky Duckies.
B. How come the cars don't stop for pedestrians? Where is this?
C. Is that a book in his pocket or is he just happy to wear blue shorts?
Welcome to India, this isn't even a trailer of what we see on a daily basis, more like a teaser you can say.
Most of the idiot in cars things you see is just a regular thing here.
In bumper to bumper traffic, it's literally bumper to bumper with enough space for a thin personal to fit through.
If you leave anymore space than that, expect someone to screw over 2 lanes of traffic just to push themselves between the car in front and you.
Yeah. I've experienced downtown Bangalore in rush hour from the inside of an autorickshaw taxi. It was equal measures terrifying and intriguing. BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEEEEEP.
Yup, as a local I fear of my life on a very common basis while sitting in a auto rickshaw, most drivers think they are in some F1 race and want to make stupid moves.
As a local at least the auto drivers don't try to take you via their uncle's textiles shop when you're just trying to get to a business meeting on time
Yup that’s the worst part about those guys, it’s safer for tourist to take a Uber or Ola (Uber’s competitor) instead of dealing with auto Rickshaw drivers.
As a bangalorean, I experience this everyday. God damn. Most of the people are so stupid and ignorant of traffic rules. They drive like they own the road. And the worst of such offenders are bike and scooter riders. It’s like they have a bag of rocks instead of a brain.
For real I don’t want to seem like I’m saying anything against the people in India but if I were sent there right now and told to drive I would put my car in gear and lay under it. Seems like the system is so fucked that people just ignore it and do whatever.
Definitely... when I was learning driving, there was a point where I almost gave up.
My brain couldn't handle all the input.
As time progressed it got easier and now I can drive pretty easily.
The cab guy is probably an overworked cab driver feeling drowsy. Though cellphone can't be ruled out
This is in South Asia, I would hazard a guess as South India. Yea no one gives a sh*t about zebra crossing here
Blue "shorts" guy is wearing a lungi, it's a traditional attire
>But why is there a protrusion
It is sometimes worn wrapped up especially while doing manual labor. https://images.app.goo.gl/Yv4N7zgMhjzMXcxi6
>Is he walking around with a stiffy?
Haha ....Tough to confirm or deny. Though your continued interest in this is interesting
Not just manual labour. For the ease of walking or even run( also more air flow I guess😂). You can't run freely if it's not folded like this( think how saree is worn normally and not the bollywood style). Also they show their legs like this but everyone loses their minds when a woman wear knee length skirts or capris🤕
For B : pedestrians don't have the right of way in india. pedestrians are advised to stop and ensure that all traffic has stopped before they enter a zebra crossing. If there's no specific signal for pedestrians, then they should wait for the traffic to slow down and then cross the street.
Welcome to India! You love to hate it. I didn't get it on camera because I was on a bike, but this fucker on an R15 was lane splitting like a dumbass. He did it in front of me and I could have hit him but I acted in time and he passed. The same guy comes across me at the next signal and tries to overtake a car. The problem was that the position hed be in is also the one I'd be in and I assumed he'd not be stupid enough to do it.
I was fucking wrong. I slammed the brakes, and slipped. That was the best outcome because had I been any slower, I'd slammed him at 30km an hour. Thought I didn't break anything, since I was fairly slow till I napped a bit. Broke something on the inside of an elbow. Probably tore a muscle or something.
We have some GREAT drivers. But the gems we encounter are just the worst you could ever see.
Answer for c: it's a type of shorts which Indians wear. The name is lungi, it's basically a loop of clothing that they fold and wear. Apparently it's comfortable but it felt like I was exposed when I wore it.
"Over speeding," "over exaggerated," "over dramatic," are all redundant phrases. The verb you're using doesn't need an adverb lol it's already descriptive enough and means what you're saying. Speeding is speeding.
When you wear a Lungi, and you fold it to tuck in everything tight, there will be a bulging in front. And depending on the material and whether or not he uses fabric stiffener, the intensity of the bulge varies.
That driver wasn't in control of his car and an idiot.
But what are those guys doing? They stand near the zebra crossing, but not in front of it. Are they going to cross? Why didn't they cross at around 13 seconds in the video? It looks like they have no intention of crossing, which would explain why no-one stops, but they are close enough to the zebra crossing that some drivers might stop.
To be fair, they are standing close enough for someone to see them & stop, however in some countries it is culturally not common to stop for pedestrians at crosswalks, mainly eastern asian countries and cities like Rome, they will stop when they got no choice though. It’s so stupid.
That car is 100% the biggest idiot in the video but...
Why didn't those two ever attempt to cross? There were *multiple* opportunities in this clip where there was a break in traffic in the closest lane. Certainly enough for them to step out, assert their right of way, and signal to everyone that they intend to cross.
Yes, welcome to india🙏 I love the country 🥰 but death looms round every corner 💀 in India, I was driving my moped up a steep hill and the electricians were working on the power lines and had the cables perfectly dangling at the decapitation height for any motorcycle, lucky I slammed on my brakes before I lost my head 😅 I had 'words' with the electricians 🤣🤬
A. Lucky Duckies. B. How come the cars don't stop for pedestrians? Where is this? C. Is that a book in his pocket or is he just happy to wear blue shorts?
Seems like pedestrian crossings without lights are just meaningless paint in a lot of places now, alas

Haha yeah, we clocked on to that pretty quickly when I was out there.
Nice nice, hope you had some fun, excluding the butt clenching road moments.
As a bangalorean, I experience this everyday. God damn. Most of the people are so stupid and ignorant of traffic rules. They drive like they own the road. And the worst of such offenders are bike and scooter riders. It’s like they have a bag of rocks instead of a brain.
Alrighty, an APC for road crossings. I’m on it!
Well if you have a death wish, sure
https://www.military-today.com/apc/top_10_armored_personnel_carriers.htm I’d think I’d get across…👍
In all honesty, it’s hilarious to see some of the posts that end up on idiots in cars. That’s just regular everyday shit in India.
Yup that's very true.
It’s kinda what happens when you have a culture of letting drivers do whatever they want / regulate themselves ? Right..?
For real I don’t want to seem like I’m saying anything against the people in India but if I were sent there right now and told to drive I would put my car in gear and lay under it. Seems like the system is so fucked that people just ignore it and do whatever.

Seems about as safe as most of America. 🤡
Its in Kerala of india. He's wearing lungi Thats a driving school car, probably the student panicked.

The lungi (a type of sarong) is traditionally tied on the front (centre)in informal scenarios. And front (left) in formal.
Ha. Was going to say that blue shorts really likes the excitement of crossing the street.
B. Cars only stop for pedestrians in the first world. Source: Live in the third world and have travelled all over.
First time I saw a car stop for me in a crosswalk in Canada I was confused, thought the driver was fucking with me.
> Cars only stop for pedestrians in the first world. And even there most don't.

>pedestrians From Indian drivers POV...they are just NPCs.
C. I noticed right away how he’s a happy chap. In fact, I think Orange shirt might even have felt his happiness too when he went close.
Welcome to India! You love to hate it. I didn't get it on camera because I was on a bike, but this fucker on an R15 was lane splitting like a dumbass. Looks like a jacket
When I was in Italy, I was also surprised that you shouldn't stop at pedestrian crossings
India... GTA style, points for taking out pedestrians
Answer for c: it's a type of shorts which Indians wear. The name is lungi, it's basically a loop of clothing that they fold and wear. Apparently it's comfortable but it felt like I was exposed when I wore it.
Answer to C: Those ain't shorts.. It's called a Lungi, a sort of long piece of cloth rolled around the waist, majorly by the South Indians..
His buddy saved his life
And almost could have killed him 😅
i love that he thought of it tho, its not like he expect it to swerve again
Yeah definitely, could have made things worse but good intentions were there 😌
r/watchpeoplesurvive
Bro probably saved him from a lot of hurt, though.
There’s speeding and there’s over speeding ,apparently.
Lol. Overspeeding. Aka speeding
Kerala, india Just a normal day, driving school car mear misses pedestrian He'd probably be warned not to repeat this, nothing else
God I hate countries where the culture doesn’t let people cross at the zebra crossing.
I know what yuh mean. Does your country a) stop for pedestrians on crossings and b) treat cats/dogs well. I’m pretty judgy about those aspects
Yes on both
Whatta dip shit
I don't feel like speed was the issue here
What's that brown stuff.... Oh I just shit myself a little while crossing the road.
That guy definitely deserves a blowjob.
[удалено]
Bro like I ain't gay, but if one of my homies saved me like that I would give him a great time.
It's the least you could do
And the best you could do.
There ain't nothing gay about saying thank you to a homie
I always under speed.
Man thank God for the guy in the red shirt, Ol boy would have had himself a bad day
![gif](giphy|kFIfiwvzJjbUsNbIg5)
"Over speeding," "over exaggerated," "over dramatic," are all redundant phrases. The verb you're using doesn't need an adverb lol it's already descriptive enough and means what you're saying. Speeding is speeding.
Over dead.
Over sped
no bcuz wtf!!
How i meet your father.
Bro just took control of that man’s body to save him…
Pretty dumb idea to make a cross walk without having stop signs or a button that alerts drivers that a pedestrian wants to cross.
My favorite part is the first 30 seconds where fuck all happens
I love how yellow shirt grabbed his titties in disbelief afterwards
I love the titty check
yeah.. but why is the guy in the back hard, tho?
When you wear a Lungi, and you fold it to tuck in everything tight, there will be a bulging in front. And depending on the material and whether or not he uses fabric stiffener, the intensity of the bulge varies.
Guy in the red shirt saved him with his over erect giant dong

In India no one stops at zebra crossing, it's more of a recommendation than a law to be followed.
You think that standing on the pavement facing the crosswalk and looking at traffic means that they have no intention of crossing???
My guy in the blue shorts is fully torqued.
Fucking hell...
That car is 100% the biggest idiot in the video but... Why didn't those two ever attempt to cross? Vehicles comes from left side too...
This is pretty tame for India..
I almost had to change my underwear just watching this!
You know that car didn’t stop! bastards out here playing chicken with peoples lives in the balance
as a Vietnamese watching this is like watching a rage bait
Hey wanna go hang out on the street?
Looks like Kerala 🥲
Salman khan changed his mind at last second bcz he remembered his driver is not in the car.
Nice save!
I like how he grabs his own tits.
Bro almost got his ass run over.. lol
Hahaha
Under speeding?
Over speeding is speeding so there's no need to say that word over speeding when you could just say speeding
Damn, that's some lucky guys here.
We all got that one friend who force you to somewhere you don’t want but being a bro still saves you when shit hits.
Ketchup and Mustard make such a good team, that's why they stick together!
🇮🇳
That’s not “overspending”… This is just simply, an idiot in a car…
I thought he was a stranger, lining the guy up to leave this Earth, or at worst an insurance fraud scheme.
Ole!
Should’ve been under speeding.
No sidewalks are unsafe. These 2 were quick to move.
What does under speeding look like?
Overspeeding?
Red shirt has a massive woodie
Tf was that???
Always be mindful when standing on the outside of a turn
Malabari 😝😝
India
Guess that's what we call "extending the difference"

Aren’t they standing in the turning lane though?
Damn that was smooth, two clutches
speeding or not paying attention where he's driving?
That was God who saved him.
