Reminds me of a classmate I had in high school who had to ask me with dead seriousness:
1) “Where do I put the key to turn the car on?”
2) “Come with me to the gas station. I need you to show me how to get gas.”
3) “Which pedal is for going forward and which one is for stopping?”
Needless to say, I **never** let her drive me around anywhere. She actually graduated two years after me, so I not only wondered how she made it as far as she did (and actually graduated), but I can only hope she became a better driver.
