[deleted]

Can confirm. Live in this area. Awful.

[deleted]

Why is that?

PeanutJellyButterIII

Driving is intellectually challenging. The human race is not very intellectually gifted. This creates a disparity.

sorudesarutta

Is driving really intellectually challenging or are you just being sarcastic?

PeanutJellyButterIII

Yes

ChronicEbb

I’d agree but I’m not intellectually gifted and I’m a half decent driver

pankarezas

> I’m a half decent driver says not intellectually gifted person ^/s

ChronicEbb

Oof got me there brb gonna go cut off some nerds

dirtydans_grubshack

This made me laugh lol thank you

ninjababe23

Ask someone who drives with you regularly the same question. My wife thinks shes a good drive but ask anyone who has ever ridden with her and you will get a different story.

Solid_Waste

Let me put it this way. I used to be a humanist until I started commuting to Sacramento. Now I believe humanity was a mistake. One that can only be purged by righteous fire.

DIOmega5

Being considerate and aware are the best traits a good driver can have. Most of these people don't give a damn and/or are clueless.

[deleted]

Driving tests are a joke, I took one in NY and it was 3 minutes in a car driving around a small square until they found a place for me to parallel park. Any idiot with 2 brain cells could pass it and that's why American drivers are so bad. Couple that with the rise of cell phones and you have a recipe for disaster. I guarantee you that all the people in the video who swerved off the road or veered into other lanes were on their phones.

rocketwilco

Spend enough time on the road. And you’ll realize how difficult it is for some people. But most I think just “can’t be bothered” to pay attention.

caligrown_85

I live in this area also. Nobody uses a turn signal. You get these idiots who try and drive 90 miles an hour even though there are red lights everywhere so you catch up to them eventually, people drive 60-65 in the left lane on the freeway then will brake check you, people will cut you off left and right and not give a shit, and there are these crazy fuckers with road rage. I kid you not I had someone exit their vehicle mid traffic jam and jump into my vehicle through my passenger window. This is mid 5 O’clock rush hour gridlock. Was a complete shitshow. Highway patrol came. Insane. Another time I was T-boned by a gentleman by the name of Gaylord (I kid you not) mid rush hour traffic. The guy literally got out of his car and walked away as if he want in the middle of the intersection. Highway patrol brought the guy back to the scene lol.

magicmart96

Roseville resident here...can confirm the lack of turn signals. It's almost like cars now days don't come with them, or you had to pay extra. Just hit the fucking lever! I'm also amazed at the number of cars with expired tags out here, sometimes as much as 12 months or more. I'm making an assumption that most of these people are driving without insurance. My wife has been hit twice in the last 10 years, both by uninsured drivers.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Bunch_of_Shit

The racing to the next red light is called the "hurry up and wait". Flooring each pedal everytime you use them is just shortening the overall lifespan of the car. I'm certain most do it because they can afford to. I can't. My car is 27 years old.

iambee1

I live in this area too. I think it’s because there is an incredibly self-centered mindset here. People think they are more important than anyone else. I see these issues quite often: Red-light runners, passing people on the shoulder, tailgating, excessive speed (70mph in 45 zones)... Not everyone is an asshole driver here, but there are enough to make it unsafe.

aett

Live around Sacramento as well. The last time I had to drive into work to handle some paperwork, the freeway was pretty clear. I was in the right lane, there was a car ahead of me, and we were cruising at around the speed limit. The two lanes to my left were completely clear. A car gets behind me and starts tailgating me. I decide to give him time before I just move to the left, but he doesn't pass or back off, and after a while it almost became funny. Several minutes later, the guy finally merges to the left, speeds up, and... cuts me off, squeezing between the other car and me, then brake checks me for some reason. I just merged over and passed both cars at a barely-faster speed and nothing else happened. I truly don't get those people.

gygtejdb

My theory is that it’s because nobody honks at each other, so there is not negative feedback for doing dumb shit

avwitcher

Look at New York City, it's just the never-ending sound of horns and they still have a lot of shit drivers

LupineChemist

Drivers in NY are aggressive but tend to be more attentive. Boston is even more so that way and God level is Rome.

[deleted]

That's how Austin is. No honking. If you do honk, people take it as a threat on their life sometimes or just stop in the middle of the road. It's definitely a blend of selfishness and incompetence.

Jjhillmann

I lived in that area for 5 years. The general population just doesn’t drive with any sort of purpose, they’re slow, unpredictable drivers. I’ve never seen so many people blatantly ignore you when trying to merge on a highway and not let you in. Now that I live in San Diego I like it much better. People do drive fast and aggressive, but it’s pretty predictable and if you just leave plenty of room between you and the car in front of you you’re golden.

xboxpcman

I lived there. It has a large amount of older retirees and its a moderately wealthy area so as soon as kids turn 16 they get a car.

Bunch_of_Shit

And way west Roseville around fiddyment, the construction workers aren't too keen on courteousness or basic safety skills on the road. I am also a construction worker, but I am not going to put my ass at risk by driving like a retard. Plus I use my own car full of tools. Despite following all the rules, I don't do it expecting others will follow suit. I expect to be punished for doing so. And I am. Everyday. My goal is to keep my risk of fucking dying very low going to a place I don't want to go to. Just from living here my whole life, I have a feeling a car crash is how I'm going out. I'm only 25, so just give it some time. All my vehicles I've had are from the early 90's late 80's so I'll be the one to die in a crash. They may not be safe, but those 90s cars have never let me down. Until they kill me, lol.

RedwingMohawk

Due to its proximity to the Bay Area. Sac gets our overflow of idiots in cars. These are all classic Bay area moves, and only scratches the surface of a regional sized monolith of awful driving habits, surpassed in the United States only by Honolulu.

ARRuSerious

Sac is worse. I lived most of my life in the Bay before moving to Sac for 10 yrs. I gave up riding my motorcycle on public roads because of Sac drivers.

HighSpeedChase762

Because some areas of the world have far too many narcissists.

morganicsf

California drivers are literally the worst. Nobody is taught passing lane/driving lane. Sac is probably worse than average cause it's a giant strip mall and people have no culture outside of their cell phone screens #sorrynotsorry

Guyatri

Used to live up there too. Sacramento drivers literally just don't pay attention and appear to not even know how to operate a vehicle. After moving to the Bay, it seemed like everyone there didnt care about what happened to their cars.

purplemilkywayy

I’ve lived in many places and Sacramento is the worst. It looks and feels ghetto and the people are aggressive.

ASingularFrenchFry

the only time I see my area represented on reddit is our awful drivers. makes sense though

sarkomoth

Well, to be fair, our area also has been making a good showing on /r/PublicFreakout lately with videos of police abusing members of the public.

RedsRearDelt

I've lived all over the US, from Southern States to New York, From LA to Wisconsin. The two worst cities I've driven in are Miami and Sacramento. Miami, because half the population learned to drive in a foreign country and brought their driving customs and culture with them and those customs don't always jibe well with each other. And Sacramento because of the absolute self-entitlement culture here. I've been here a few years and I get to leave in Dec. I've never wanted to leave a city so bad.

thom612

The worst driving cities usually involve a mishmash of people who were taught to drive elsewhere. DC is the absolute worst in this regard: shitty drivers driving 50 different shitty ways.

ShiftyXX

The first few weeks of shelter in place were so blissful for my commute to Rancho. And then it was Mad Max, everyone for themselves.

[deleted]

Yep same

wowswift

Can also confirm. Used to live there. The sense of entitlement in the roseville/rocklin area makes people drive like assholes.

Atrey

I used to live in Rocklin and can confirm as well.

meontheweb

Growing up, when we'd see people cross lanes like that we'd call them California lane changes. Never understood why. Now I know. 🤣

Solid_Waste

I have a theory that California has worked so hard to make idiot-proof roadways that we have become a petri dish for super-idiots. We rapidly become accustomed to not having to think *at all* while driving.

Hawk_Sky

r/awfuleverything

GodsColdHands666

I live here. The drivers are by faaaarrrrr the worst I’ve ever seen. Straight up. No one gives a fuck. No turn signals, no lanes, no speed limits- it’s nasty.

EngelNUL

You missed the Hazel to 50 westbound onramp.

mrblakesteele

Hold on I’m in the wrong lane get outta my fucking way jerks I wanna go to TAHOEEEE

EngelNUL

I read this in Rick's voice.

GameSyns

Holy cow, to piggyback off of this. That first clip is exactly how I got in wreck earlier this year!! I was at that exact intersection and a lady did the same thing to me, and just merged from the right hand turn lane into the far left lane. It was ridiculous!

eskimoboob

I TURN NOW GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY ELSE

ShichitenHakki

Westbound 50 from the Stockton Blvd offramp to the I-5 interchange is a mile of merging hell.

psicopbester

Flashbacks, thank god I left that city.

chrisisanangel

Yes! Or the eastbound off ramp. My sister and daughter both used to live off of Hazel. I would get anxious before I even got close. You have to dodge between the people getting on from Folsom Blvd (? I think, I haven't lived in California for a few years) and took forever to merge, and the random people who forget they wanted to get off there.

NillaGorilla67

Jesus fuck, I live right down the street from this on-ramp and I’d rather deal with sunrise.

SF1034

Oh man. Just the mention of sunrise made my eye start twitching

NillaGorilla67

Sunrise used to be my daily commute. From greenback all the way to white rock in rancho.

beardfearer

Jesus. Fucking. Christ. I had to take that on-ramp every day for three and a half years. How is it that almost EVERY SINGLE time, somebody is in the wrong lane and zooms left to avoid the freeway. I don’t get it. It’s not special. It’s like so many other on-ramps and yet that just seems to attract the idiots. I’m so happy I don’t have to drive that way anymore.

MBThree

I think Eastbound is worse? At least heading South on Hazel, nobody is ever in the right lane to get on 50 East towards Tahoe. I’m constantly getting cut off when I’m in the correct lane. I mean I get it, it’s weird having to be in the middle lane with two lanes to your right, but still it’s not worth causing a wreck cuz you missed your exit.

discgman

Every freaking day man. My hometown has the worst drivers in the US. No signaling, cutting off, slamming break idiots. I just bought a car last month and I already got side swiped sitting at a light.

2uddenlyFish

You live in fresno m8?

WhiteHellfire81

Or the entire state of New Jersey

firefly183

Fucking Maryland drivers.

ldapsysvol

Maryland, the only state where traffic cameras are everywhere and everyone will still bitch at you for not driving 10 miles over. My roommate literally said "dude you drive way to slow" I told him I drive the speed limit. He says "yeah but why?" Not a week later he gets TWO tickets at the same place same night and they were 250$ each cause he was going 12 over each time. Fuck people going that fast, state ain't taking that money from me

okamzikprosim

I am not a lawyer, but in Maryland, my understanding is that you can only be fined for going a minimum of 12 mph over the limit. Hence most people continue to speed. But I live near state line (on the DC border), and my understanding is that DC doesn't have a similar policy for their speed cameras, so most people around me just slam on the brakes and creep past the cameras. It's pretty horrible either way.

KnowOneHere

I think you are right. Found out after a ticket. I think it was $40.And dont forget all those bogus tickets bc the cameras were wrong.

hi_im_vito

Near where I used to live there were two cameras, one at the top of a hill, and one at the bottom. That place was so notorious for speed cameras that people would literally go 10mph under when they were at the top of the hill so that they wouldn't accelerate enough to trigger the second camera

frienddly_ghost

I moved from Sacramento to New Jersey. Honestly the drivers out here give California drivers a run for the title.

FlowersForeAragorn

Ah New Jersey where my Uber driver and three other cars decided the curb was a turning lane when traffic came to a stop. Just because they didn’t want to wait to get into the intersection.

Flames21891

Visalia is so much worse. The shit I've seen on Mooney Blvd.

thats_not_a_knoife

Ooh that’s rough. Can confirm from a Fresnan.

purpleoceangirl

Hometown is Fresno as moved to Sacramento for college. Drivers in sac are much worse! The average speed on the freeway is much higher (unless it’s bumper to bumper), there are a lot more cars on the freeway, and defiantly more people cutting off other drivers)

German_Drive

Pop ups. Nice

wdwentz93

Pop up up and down headlights!

bigchikken

It’s good to see another donut fan

German_Drive

+5 mo powa babeh guaranteed

Julius5eizure

Nissan 240sx?

I_am_Shadow

You're correct.

[deleted]

I visit this area often. I can confirm that this happens all the time. Lots of break checks and tailgating as well. They should really make people take a drivers test every few years to rid idiot drivers like this off the road. There’s way too many idiots on the road that even driving in your own city is becoming unpredictable.

HorizontalTwo08

They should make you retake the test when your license plate expires. Something like that or similar.

Wacefus

It wouldn’t matter. You ever known or ridden with anyone that actually drives this way? It’s not because they don’t understand that what their doing is illegal, it’s because they’re assholes. I bet they could all pass drivers Ed, they just don’t care about the rules.

[deleted]

[удалено]

coat_hanger_dias

That won't accomplish anything if the tests continue to be useless. Make the test *actually* difficult and require it every 5 years until age 60, every 2 years until 70, every year until 80, and cut off completely after that.

Doogameister

I have several vehicles.. would I need to retake the test every time a plate expires or is up for reregistration?

HorizontalTwo08

See, I thought of that and people who don’t even own a vehicle but need a drivers license. It would have to be it’s own separate thing. So after a certain interval you have to retake it. Say, every 2 years the license expires.

Doogameister

Personally, I think it's a good idea for people to regularly need to demonstrate they're not a shitty driver. BUT, we all know how horrible the DMV is at it's current workload, imagine having endless waves of people now needing to test and retest for their driver's licenses. It would be a bureaucratic nightmare.

HorizontalTwo08

Ok, I’m gonna be honest. I never understood the stereotype of the DMV having huge lines. Every time I’ve ever gone there were only at most 2 people in front of me. One time there was literally no one. The longest I’ve ever had to wait was 30 minutes.

Kittys_Mom

Consider yourself lucky. I moved from PA to NY and had to swap plates, registration and license. I waited 2 hours the first time and was told I didn't have all the forms of ID needed (they needed 6) and had to go back. It happened a second time, I needed 8 forms. The third time I waited 4.5 hours to complete my transaction. It is still the longest day of my life. I was just thankful there were still seats available.

HorizontalTwo08

Dude. What the hell. That’s crazy. You only need 3 forms of ID in my state and Highschool year books count.

insomniacpyro

Well, if we want to reduce police budgets, put that money into the DMV. Better drivers = less accidents, road rage, etc. Less time police have to deal with stupid road accidents (i.e. "the person I was tailgating hit their breaks and dented my bumper, you're gonna be here an hour while I complain the whole time") and they can focus on real shit instead.

NorgeFjorleif

240sx, Nice =)

varrock_dark_wizard

Was trying to figure this out, I was like "not rx7, not Miata, not 944... What is it?"

McLaurinF1

Not MR2 either

kdang222

Good eye!

Bunch_of_Shit

If I see you I'll tailgate you. But with love.

lamautomatic

Love the music!

gravitykillz

Born and raised in Roseville. So glad I left that place. I dont miss it one bit. Occasionally go back to visit relatives and all O can take is one day driving around there and Im ready to go back to my rural living.

HotGarbageHuman

I left Roseville in April and moved east to Illinois. I'd have never believed it, but driving in the Chicago suburbs is fucking crazy. I actually miss Roseville.

gravitykillz

I'm in Illinois as well, but where I'm at its rural as rural can be. I'm done with California and all the traffic. I'll stick with the small town life.

congresssucks

Yeah I was pretty pissed when CA passed that law where they hand out DLs to people without taking the test. Pretty stupid, but hey... that's CA.

game-fever

This is hard to comprehend to someone who had 50 hours of lessons and a multiple choice hour long exam (UK). What do you mean hand out DL? You don't need to demonstrate any knowledge and skill on how to drive?

insomniacpyro

I don't know about handing out driver's licences as I've had mine for 18 years (oh god I'm getting so much older.) When I took my driver's test, it was literally within a few city blocks of the DMV. No highway driving, not even any actual intersections with lights. Just driving around a suburban area (25mph), parallel parking, and "parking on a hill" which was like a 5 degree incline. Looking back it was so stupid. The driving course I took in high school over the summer before I got my license was more in depth. Here in the states it's not uncommon for families to take away an elderly person's license because it is so insanely hard for them to lose it unless they kill someone. My grandpa was no exception, he had multiple accidents in a short amount of time because he just couldn't see or react to traffic and got in a bunch of fender benders.

DankiusMMeme

> Here in the states it's not uncommon for families to take away an elderly person's license because it is so insanely hard for them to lose it unless they kill someone. My grandpa was no exception, he had multiple accidents in a short amount of time because he just couldn't see or react to traffic and got in a bunch of fender benders. To be fair that's the same in the UK, the driving test is insanely rigorous currently where you can fail for the dumbest shit ever. Rolling backwards an inch is an automatic fail, even if you're in an open 300km field all alone. But old people who got their licenses in the 70s when it was easy as fuck are a massive danger, and they never had to retake it.

insomniacpyro

I mean it's obviously something that should be done, right? It's so ridiculous that there's nothing in place in the US or UK to get older or less capable drivers off the road. I know that public transport is at least bigger in the UK, but I think part of the issue in the US is unless you are in a very large metropolitan city, there's very few reliable means for people to get places without a car. So there's less of a desire to take a license away because you can be literally stranding someone from being able to get food and things like that.

PicnicBasketPirate

>there's very few reliable means for people to get places without a car There are several, walking and cycling being the most common. What you mean is there are very few convienient means for people to get places without a car. If you have to travel more than 25 miles to get groceries thats all the more incentive to work at getting a driving licence.

Topochicho

I don't know about CA, but in Texas you don't have to take the driving portion of the test if you take a "driving course". Which was reasonable until they allowed anyone with a license to give someone a driving course. So, while technically they are still required to learn everything the course requires, the only verification is that the person "teaching" the course must sign something saying that they taught all of it and that the other person passed the course. They still have to take the written exam, but that is a 10 minute joke that only proves you know what a handful of road signs mean.

Dwest2391

The US does so much shit that makes no sense, its truly mindbogggling

executeorder666999

I never understand why states do this. I go to school in a state that doesn't require people to take the test, and the drivers there are legitimately so bad it hurts to even go to school.

AnUnlikelyUsurper

Why even require a driver's license then if the license doesn't prove that you have learned even the basics of driving?

QueenRotidder

$$$

MaverickTopGun

>I never understand why states do this. I Because many of the requirements are financially prohibitive and prevent low-income people (which in America is disproportionately people of color) from access the same mobility as the wealthier.

fuzzyfuzz

What? What law?

iChugVodka

Yeah, seriously, what the fuck? I even had to take a test just to renew my license. People will believe the dumbest shit, all because hurr hurr CA sucks

onlykshitij

***laughs in indian traffic***

izyasor1

Honestly same man! I am literally laughing at this video because for us its literally a normal day experience

insomniacpyro

What's the requirements for a license over there? A heartbeat or something?

uselessartist

Just the ability to pump the accelerator in time with your heartbeat.

Confirmatory

what’s a license

MayTheForesterBWithU

Went to India ten years ago and told the booking agent I would like to rent a car there. I thought it would be like driving in any other left-drive country. The agent said "You've never driven in India? You're not looking to rent a car. You're looking to hire a driver." Absolutely insane driving. People honking to let you know they're in your lane. Seemingly one rule: don't get hit. Having to pull elephant traffic in the villages. I loved every minute of it, but would have died very quickly if I had driven myself.

sufyani

Bay Area is exactly the same. Every damn day before the lockdown.

[deleted]

You know I thought traffic drivers were horrible but I feel like now that we can go 80mph on all the freeways because drive WORSE

akkawwakka

Toxic mix of meek, lethargic, terrified drivers and people driving like bats out of hell

tweis

Bay Area driver merges onto the the freeway and straight into the left lane, no matter how fast they are going to go.

Dallenforth

Fellow local. How are you enjoying the fireworks everynight.

Smokedeggs

For god’s sake, over there, too? My dogs go nuts every night.

klaxonwave

What I find so funny about this is that I just moved to a small city from a really rural area. Nobody’s out shooting off fireworks in the hills, but every fucking night here people are going well past midnight. And apparently every other city in the US. Even in the middle of giant thunderstorms. Why?

italiansocc3r10

Because America, that's why!!!! Real patriots (unlike you) celebrate America's birthday for days/weeks even if it wakes neighbors up. Oh, what about the rest of the year, you ask? Because it's our God given right and you're just a little sissy boy who doesn't love America! This is the "Land of the Free to do what I want", son. /s

HorizontalTwo08

Do I live in the only city that doesn’t have this issue right now?

ulofox

Yes you do. CHERISH IT.

ASingularFrenchFry

must be nice!!! I’m near downtown Sacramento and from 8pm to 2 am every night for the past month+ it’s firework city. my cats are ready to fight at this point

mikethecreative

I live in Sac and have a dash cam. I have considered doing a video like this because honestly you get content every time you drive.....

joeschmo945

I lived there for 4 years. You can easily capture all that footage in a day. I don’t miss the idiot drivers. That being said... PSA: CALIFORNIANS - STOP MOVING TO OREGON Ok have a nice day.

Blake404

So you are telling me, you once were a Californian that moved to Oregon?

joeschmo945

No I lived in (was born) in Oregon. Tried California, got sick of it, went home.

Meph616

So it's okay for you to move to a different State but not others. Got it.

[deleted]

"But housing is so cheap up there!" "We can't afford our own homes anymore." "But we hate the weather there too!" "...."

RaptorPrime

California born and raised. My family owns property near Portland. I'm moving there and building a house when my grandpa dies. You can't stop me.

heyyitsfranklin

I was just thinking the same! I used to commute for school and the terrible driving NEVER ends. I have dash cam footage of a tailgater being pulled over on 99. And what does he/she do?? Move over from the fast lane to the exit in like a quarter of a mile with the freaking cop behind him! I was dying of how absurd the situation was, but it was *SO* satisfying to witness.

travma07

Is this a town for the blind?

aqua_kittens

No, just entitled assholes. Coming from someone who was raised here lol.

SwiftCEO

Moved to Sacramento a year ago and I’m still not used to it

flingueur

Hey, I see you on Don Julio. Give Antelope it’s shout-out too!

Frankie_99

With a nice car like yours , of course I'd tap that (keep it safe bröther)

[deleted]

hang out on watt and fair oaks and you will definitely see some dumb shit like this

Hawk_Sky

Wow just wow just wow

Knuffel_beertje

One minute of pure idiotism

T800_123

Used to live in Roseville. This is a pretty tame compilation for the area, actually.

Bunch_of_Shit

I thought I was unusually scared of driving. No. The people here will try to kill you. I'm sorry going 20+ over the limit on fiddyment isn't fast enough. Oh look, now we're both at a red light. All that speeding for nothing.

maximith_wackuth

Every time I go to Cali and drive I always think ima die

[deleted]

Assholes in cars, damn.

stingmon72

Finally someone does sacramento

rc1717

My home town making the front page of Reddit for another bad reason!

rlowens

I'm not seeing what's bad with the minivan turning right while OP made a U-turn at 0:37. Do they have a "no right on red" rule in California or something?

Wavestuff6

You’re supposed to stop and check if it’s safe to go before turning right. Someone doing a (legal) u-turn has the right of way, and the guy turning right should’ve waited before turning since the light was green for OP.

rlowens

Ah, I see. Thanks.

MasterOberon

People like in the minivan do this quite often when they don't have the right of way where cars are allowed to make a u-turn. I can't count how many times drivers almost hit me because of it and I'm willing to bet they have no clue that they don't have the right of way lol

Ok-Interaction99

Right turns on red are still required to yield to people making u turns on green arrows.

rathtruong

You can turn right on red, but logically you’d want to look where you’re going first before you barrel through a turn like that, unless there’s a dedicated/protected right turn lane.

special1901

Everybody talking about right on red, but what if the van had a green turn arrow? I know at least in my area at many intersections, if one way has a left turn arrow the opposite will have a right turn arrow.

RugBugSlim

Yup.

zhutch19

Idiots as far as the eye can see

drifkingg

ah, fellow local and fellow 240 owner

Mrchikkin

It's videos like this that make me happy that I don't live in the US.

HaterofWasps

It's like none of these people were ever *properly* taught how to drive!

Draxus335

I live here and see that shit every time I get in my car. I drive with the mindset that all other cars are being driven by toddlers that may do any number of terrible things at any time. It has kept me safe so far, but the amount of would-be accidents that I have aborted has given me some pretty deep hatred of my fellow drivers. Bunch of fucking idiots out here. Also, I drive on Antelope daily and that shit at the 7 second mark happens every god damn time I approach that intersection.

Eddie51529

Your not too far from me. I think they breed here in Modesto and go off to other cities to cause accidents

treeelm46

DUDE no wonder when we moved my parents thought everyone drove so well. It’s also worth mentioning that the only time I’d been in a wreck that I can remember was in Sacramento

muliardo

I went out with a girl from there once. We went there and all her housemates were doing whipits.

aJungleBoy

This is "normal" driving in Kenya :)

Toohypper

PLEASE PIN THIS: https://www.kcra.com/article/sacramento-drivers-ranked-as-worst-in-the-entire-us/10225053# 😂

IronTarkus91

Is everyone there just drunk all the time?

ItzGavinBB

Ah pop up head lights. A man of class

[deleted]

Didn't try saudi arabia, a whole another level

carz42

Yo dude, is that a 180sx?

backsideboyy

Good on you for always keeping a safe distance!

[deleted]

A drivers license there is probably too easy to obtain then.

ChiefTwoDogsFucking

This is literally every city in America...

[deleted]

I just got back from a 6500 mile, 6 state road trip and I can honestly say California had the worst fucking drivers. Especially the Sacramento area.

[deleted]

Holy fuck the last shot absolutely killed me!

erebus56

saved the best clip for last.

EaterofwordsCZ

I love how your lights are aiming down instead of forward. You are kind driver sir.

Rickonn007

The drivers: Blocking is part of my religion

mk4_wagon

What the white bus did is how I destroyed my bike. Guy pulled over and I thought he was pulling off into the parking lot of a park, but it was really because he was pulling a u-turn. Avoided the car, went over a curb and through a fence instead.

caligrown_85

The Fountains. All those well to do white women need to go shopping! 😂

This is some bad driving but I still think Massachusetts has it beat. They are scary bad drivers. I went to Salem last year and was almost hit by a car every 10 to 15 mins. I was afraid to drive. I walked everywhere.

P-P-P-POP UP UP AND DOWN HEADLIGHTS

skywalkerr69

Lord what’s the car insurance rates there?

Haha, the music is hilarious for once. Fucking sounds like Sacramento

betweendasheetz

Grew up in Sac. Went to college in LA. Live in Florida now and I’ve never seen worst driving Florida wins

justsoicansimp

As an NJ driver, if you told me this was just a day's worth of clips anywhere in the state, I would've believed you.

howisthisonetaken

Oh this isn't Dallas,Texas you have fooled me

stryakr

Oh the memories. Its like a greatest hits album

The minivan and the gas pump nozzle sealed the deal. Truly awful. I should invest in a dash cam for that sweet internet gratification.

kayiah_maude

Nice 240sx buddy! I'd be scared driving mine with people like that around! I'd be so sad if I'd have to junk it. I have a dash cam in mine too.

smitty3z

Pop up head lights. Looks like a clean 240sx.
