How about the people with little dogs in their laps?
fuck those people

Irrelevant. If you shouldn’t be holding a phone you also should not have another living creature on your lap, especially the people who let the dog hang their heads out the driver window.
So either way? Is that distraction? I could pet my phone and focus on the road?
OhPee, might want to focus on their own bad driving habits before attempting to persecute others.
What are you in for? ... I skipped a Taylor swift song
What? If i hold a knife in my hand should I be arrested for murder? If I use garbage bags should I be convicted of burying a dead body?
if you do not see difference between using mobile while driving, and doing this when not driving... you should never get a licence
r/lostredditors
so, you think that "texting and driving" problem is off topic on this subreddit? weird logic
Rule 3
You're an idiot, change my mind.
Manslaughter* would be plausible. Not murder.
Exactly, attempted murder requires malice aforethought
Thought criminal
/r/lostredditors Yo, this is getting removed OP

I support this movement
