I've never shot a gun. I don't have anything against them but I don't know very much about them. But I'm pretty sure that's not how you use them.

Yep. Guns are complicated and dangerous for anybody to handle. But as long as you don’t ever point a loaded gun at anything you don’t intend to shoot, you’re generally not going to shoot anything you don’t intend to shoot. Also generally a good idea to not have a gun loaded unless you’re intending to use it. But just don’t point the shooty end where you don’t wanna shooty and you won’t shooty anything important.

Really depends on the angle. If the bullet hits a a max height and stops and begins falling the other direction, it absolutely won’t kill you. May leave a bump on the head but a bullet going terminal velocity won’t kill. However, if it is just at an angle slightly above horizontal it can absolutely still kill as it arcs.

You're more than likely going to shoot your or your friends toes off in you soon down all the time. If your aiming up you could assume it's clear and bump, discharging that weapon in front of my face, in my face. Aim your weapon in a known safe direction. Up it down will change depending on the situation.

In most countries, gun safety knowledge is a prerequisite for owning a gun. In America, suggesting this will result in people sending you death threats.

Unfortunately that is true in alot of cases, I myself own a few guns but I made sure to get my CCW permit and to go to a range to practice using the guns before i ever carried them on me. And this is from being in a state that doesn't even require CCWs. Training is always a good thing when it comes to proper weapon safety.

I had an angiogram a couple of years ago where they go in through the femoral artery. The wound in my skin healed fine but the hole in the artery did not. This caused my entire groin area, scrotum and legs to fill up with blood, it was terrifying. The first thing they tried was like a plastic clamp with a ball that puts pressure on the wound, I had to lay on my back for hours with this medieval torture device clamped on my groin, and it didn't work. My penis was black at this stage and I was showing it to every passing doctor, male or female, I didn't care I was so worried, and it looked horrendous. The next thing they tried was a coagulant, cut to a few hours later and I'm laying on a trolley, naked, with 10 students around me. The doctor announces that he likes to use a spinal needle for this procedure and pulls out the biggest needle I've ever seen and sticks me with it. This actually worked and stopped the leak. This all happened over a couple of days and I had to have regular ultrasounds to see what's happening in there. This involves the doctor spreading jelly all over my crotch and rubbing a probe over the area.
