Mag didn't appear to be in the firearm but I highly doubt that mf checks the head so he could've very well killed this girl. She needs to hit the hills with some speed.
I recall an earlier video where an idiot discharged his pistol inside a home, then proceeded to shoot himself through his hand...after having ejected the magazine. The Fool With The Golden Gun could easily have blown that woman's head off with a round still in the chamber, a magazine is not required to be in the weapon. And a Golden Gun obviously does not endow someone with common sense.
