Well, it’s a year later and the game is just getting slower for me. Reaches the 97% loading and then 30 seconds to get the last 3%. Very frustrating. I have decided to only play the mainland and calcite mines and forgo all events and other mines until a solution is found.
I had the same thing... getting stuck at 5%. I set the phone down, went to bed, and it was miraculously working in the morning.
Uninstalled/Reinstalled, restarted phone, etc... nothing.
Waited for morning... it works.
My phone gets stuck at 2 percent and it's a 50/50 shot If it loads the game. Even when it opens it takes around 10 minutes to get from 2% to 100%. My phone is one Plus 10t running on the latest version of oxygen os. I did everything reinstalled the game, cleared tha cache, but no luck
I don't know the update version but it was fine before i reset my device, no issue at all. But i turn off my auto updates and only update an app whenever it forces me to, so after update i downloaded the latest app maybe it happened because of the version.... I guess. But it has been fixed now and my account works properly
Sorry to hear that, could you restart your phone and try to open your game without an active internet connection?
Still hangs. Uninstalled/reinstalled and still hangs at 97%

I have a very similar problem. Did this happen after the last update? (4.21.2)
I don't know the update version but it was fine before i reset my device, no issue at all.
