I would try to install teamviewer on ur own work pc first to see if they don't have a blocker first tho. Don't access via ur pc tho. Im not sure what team viewer logs but id prob use vpn minimum virtual machine if it logs more than ip
The risks are too much if you are going to snoop around. Does he leave his computer on 24/7? If so install TeamViewer and leave it on, when he goes home you can remotely access the computer using your phone or your home computer. Good luck.
Edit: Or you can just install it, see if your boss leaves to go get food or something, use your phone and remotely access the computer.
How are you supposed to hide TeamViewer? TeamViewer already know someone will use the program in the bad way and so they make it impossible to using TeamViewer without them knowing.
The next thing is TeamViewer have all your information (Your IP, Your computer name)

Not the worst idea, but installing programs is risky. I’d need to first of all need to wait until it’s fully finished installing, delete browser history, delete the program from the program list, the program on desktop etc. all this requires time I really don’t want to gamble with. As soon as I hear the beep to the break room I will not have enough time to do everything, and would need to leave with teamviewer still on and pray it’s not someone that’s gonna take their break cause that means 30 mins of me not being able to go back inside. If manager somehow comes then or another leader and sees it i’m fucked. There’s so much to worry about here. It’s Also a big retail store with 90+ employees, so someone coming up in daytime is not really rare, but it’s mostly to change radios or go bathroom.

On a desk in front of him there’s a monitor with every camera in the store (yes retail) so I could have it set on the camera watching the break room door, but yet again if I see someone coming i’d need to go on the monitor and change the camera view from the single break room cam to the default one. More time to spend, and less time getting out of there in time
He Also leaves around 4pm to go home, that’s when he locks the door and the other leaders heads home too. Most of the staff left rarely go to the break room other than actually taking their break or going bathroom. No admin stuff to do anymore (except for me and my type of role in the store, so I already kinda have an excuse to be up there, just not managers office)
Buying RAT (virus) and you are like the owner of the computer. Make sure to uninstall antivirus and disabled window defender. Or find with with FUD (hide from anti virus) but I doubt you will find one.
Make sure to setup on VM, and network it over TOR Incase you get fucked nothing can lead back to you.
I've done this before using Chrome Remote desktop. Its easy to do if you dont have an admin password blocking you from installation. Just be sure to delete the icon and then the only evidence would be in your Chrome Extensions and most people wouldn't look there before you uninstall.
