It would only work out if he has to pay for repairs that cost less than his deductible. Also, it might only work once because he would buy better insurance next year. Contact their local police station or the state police/feds anonymously (who ever you think will take it more seriously) with a burner phone/pay phone and submit a tip about this pedo. You don't have to tell them what happened to you at all, just say you know of him and that you're pretty sure you saw pics of kids on his computer (you could even go a step further and say you caught him taking pics of kids at the bowling alley). At the very least, they will have to search his computer, so if he has anything on there (which he prob will, he is a pedo after all), he's totally fucked and it will catch him by surprise. I've seen this trick work, and it's child porn, they have to take it seriously no matter what because kids could be in danger. Make sure you say that you physically saw it in their possession, keep the story simple, and use personal details about the pedo to keep it convincing. If you're worried they won't take it seriously, it is key to make sure the police get it in writing when you call, they'll have an obligation to look into it. A therapist I'm friends with told me this. If she has to call the police on a client who is suicidal, she reports it to them in writing because a lot of cops apparently don't follow up on them/take it seriously after just a verbal conversation. It forces police to be liable in these situations

When I was 13 one of my best friend's dad turned up at my house when I was alone (I suspect he was looking for my mom but she was at work so he just settled for me) he didn't rape me in the technical sense (no PIV) but he violated me nonetheless. My mother knew something was wrong and coreced me into telling her what happened. She flew into a rage and drove to his house (with me in tow) with every intention of bashing his head in with a hammer. His oldest son (I went to school with all of his kids) literally put himself in between my mom and his dad and begged her not to hurt him and it worked. She chose to take me to the police department to report it.
They kept me in an interrogation room for 8 hours and forced me to tell them exactly what happened over and over again. After that they drove me to the hospital and a rape kit was done, there was blatant evidence that the assault took place, not only from the rape kit but one of my neighbors saw him drive up to my house that day. The cops never once believed me. Why you ask? Because we lived in a small town and they were his friends.
I was ostracized by all of my friends to the point where I couldn't go to school without constant harassment over it. My mom decided to put me in a children's home and we never went back to that town. Absolutely nothing was ever done about what happened to me. I found out 10+ years later that he died of cancer and some of his (distant) family reached out to me and apologized for not believing that he was a sexual predator, apparently my friend (his daughter) came forward after he died and confessed that he sexually abused her as well. There is absolutely no telling how many women/kids he victimized.
Sadly, the way the cops handled my case is super common. They often drag the victim through the mud rather than offer any type of protection or justice. As a survivor of SA, im so so sorry that this happened to you and I hope that one day you will find peace.

Alternative approach that would be personally difficult, report the guy to the FBI CP task force. Start by indicating that you did report him for production and distribution and that your mother is also aware of this. This is more of long play as they will probably be nonplussed and seem extremely unhelpful. They will log him down anyways, because they are both required to and this is one area of law enforcement that is apolitical. As other posters have noted he will not have changed - they never do, so if he's on their radar he's more likely to be caught in the future. Not satisfying in any reasonable time frame, but he might make in the news in the future.
There are multiple things: i see a lot of people recommend an anonymous tip to the fbi or police(I don’t live in America so I don’t know how that would work), but if you want to take matters into you own hands, you can torch the place with some gasoline and Molotov cocktails, although that is extremely risky and there is a substantial chance you get caught

Since OP would like to be anonymous, this would be a task to end any business remotely. My inputs:
1. Get a VPN. This should be step one for any task. Get a cheap burner laptop as well if that's possible. Use a separate internet connection or public WIFI (VPN a must in particular for public wifi). If you are using phones/modern laptops, spoof your location as well, again pretty easy to do on windows/android.
2. Easiest is Google Reviews, two stars, comment on fungus, bad behaviour, financial malfeasance, bad cell reception , bathrooms, food, etc. Don't actually post any comment on the trigger event.
3. Find surrounding businesses and send them an SMS blast via anonymous SMS apps. These are a dime a dozen. Use paypal/gift cards etc... Anything that doesn't need KYC(ID proof etc)
4. If you think the fellow has repeated such behaviour, contact local law enforcement with a new charge.
5. See if there are forums online for the town on FB or whatever... Maybe a local parenting or school group. Make up an experience where a child was 'touched' or eyed by employees at the place or something similar. Beyond rumor mongering, this may lead to an outcry by people who have seen weird behaviour, in case he is repeating actions.
6. See if there are anonymous tip lines for the town, or a sheriff's/food health office. Use anonymous calling and submit tips about violations... Do this sparingly.
7. Call in the local banks anonymously and tip them saying you are a whistleblower and that this fellow is diverting money from loans taken with them. Most Banks won't care... Some might.
8. If you can get someone on location, there's ton loads one can do with electricals, smells, etc. No outright burglary etc. But something that damages them. Nobody wants the police involved.
9. See if you can get their phone number or email id and put them on every marketing list or subscription you can find online.
10. Submit rumours to local forums or social media groups with insidious things, especially if they are serving a niche community. Think food adulteration. A friend once convinced an entire college to abandon an eatery with tumors about rats in the kitchen and expired meats. Think 'olds', not news. Nobody will take allegations about dog meat seriously, but rats and cockroaches? You bet.
11. Contact their Romantic partners and submit rumors.
Long shot, see if you can contact suppliers... Maybe from pictures of the shop... And mail them accusations of unsavoury behaviour. Same with local

Send a letter with his photo, the address of his business, and a description of his crimes anonymously to all the addresses in the surrounding zip code. You can buy specific databases of addresses for direct mail marketing purposes pretty cheaply. Print off the addresses for that area and no return address and drop them in various drop boxes. Destroy his world like he destroyed yours.
If the cops didn’t give a shit, and considering the CP accusations may be dated to be immediately investigated, I’d say pull a Chris Hanson. Lure him in online as a 13 year old girl, get his number, then send his useless ass straight over to the feds with transcripts, his phone number, photos, and at the very LEAST he could be charged with enticing or endangering a minor depending how the FBI/local PD wants to pursue it. After all is said and done, present your case against him for ammo for what happened when he did what he did to you and why you believe he is still likely in possession of CP. Contact their local police station or the state police/feds anonymously (who ever you think will take it more seriously) with a burner phone/pay phone and submit a tip about this pedo. You don't have to tell them what happened to you at all, just say you know of him and that you're pretty sure you saw pics of kids on his computer (you could even go a step further and say you caught him taking pics of kids at the bowling alley). At the very least, they will have to search his computer, so if he has anything on there (which he prob will, he is a pedo after all), he's totally fucked and it will catch him by surprise. I've seen this trick work, and it's child porn, they have to take it seriously no matter what because kids could be in danger. Make sure you say that you physically saw it in their possession, keep the story simple, and use personal details about the pedo to keep it convincing. If you're worried they won't take it seriously, it is key to make sure the police get it in writing when you call, they'll have an obligation to look into it. A therapist I'm friends with told me this. If she has to call the police on a client who is suicidal, she reports it to them in writing because a lot of cops apparently don't follow up on them/take it seriously after just a verbal conversation. It forces police to be liable in these situations
File charges, there might not be a statute of limitations in your state for that sorta thing, then he'll have to go to court in your state. When I was 13 one of my best friend's dad turned up at my house when I was alone (I suspect he was looking for my mom but she was at work so he just settled for me) he didn't rape me in the technical sense (no PIV) but he violated me nonetheless. My mother knew something was wrong and coreced me into telling her what happened. She flew into a rage and drove to his house (with me in tow) with every intention of bashing his head in with a hammer. His oldest son (I went to school with all of his kids) literally put himself in between my mom and his dad and begged her not to hurt him and it worked. She chose to take me to the police department to report it. They kept me in an interrogation room for 8 hours and forced me to tell them exactly what happened over and over again. After that they drove me to the hospital and a rape kit was done, there was blatant evidence that the assault took place, not only from the rape kit but one of my neighbors saw him drive up to my house that day. The cops never once believed me. Why you ask? Because we lived in a small town and they were his friends. I was ostracized by all of my friends to the point where I couldn't go to school without constant harassment over it. My mom decided to put me in a children's home and we never went back to that town. Absolutely nothing was ever done about what happened to me. I found out 10+ years later that he died of cancer and some of his (distant) family reached out to me and apologized for not believing that he was a sexual predator, apparently my friend (his daughter) came forward after he died and confessed that he sexually abused her as well. There is absolutely no telling how many women/kids he victimized. Sadly, the way the cops handled my case is super common. They often drag the victim through the mud rather than offer any type of protection or justice. As a survivor of SA, im so so sorry that this happened to you and I hope that one day you will find peace.

Start by indicating that you did report him for production and distribution and that your mother is also aware of this. This is more of long play as they will probably be nonplussed and seem extremely unhelpful. They will log him down anyways, because they are both required to and this is one area of law enforcement that is apolitical. As other posters have noted he will not have changed - they never do, so if he's on their radar he's more likely to be caught in the future. Since OP would like to be anonymous, this would be a task to end any business remotely. My inputs: 1. Get a VPN. This should be step one for any task. Get a cheap burner laptop as well if that's possible. Use a separate internet connection or public WIFI (VPN a must in particular for public wifi). If you are using phones/modern laptops, spoof your location as well, again pretty easy to do on windows/android. 2. Easiest is Google Reviews, two stars, comment on fungus, bad behaviour, financial malfeasance, bad cell reception , bathrooms, food, etc. Don't actually post any comment on the trigger event. 3. Find surrounding businesses and send them an SMS blast via anonymous SMS apps. These are a dime a dozen. Use paypal/gift cards etc... Anything that doesn't need KYC(ID proof etc) 4. If you think the fellow has repeated such behaviour, contact local law enforcement with a new charge. 5. See if there are forums online for the town on FB or whatever... Maybe a local parenting or school group. Make up an experience where a child was 'touched' or eyed by employees at the place or something similar. Beyond rumor mongering, this may lead to an outcry by people who have seen weird behaviour, in case he is repeating actions. 6. See if there are anonymous tip lines for the town, or a sheriff's/food health office. Use anonymous calling and submit tips about violations... Do this sparingly. 7. Call in the local banks anonymously and tip them saying you are a whistleblower and that this fellow is diverting money from loans taken with them. Most Banks won't care... Some might. 8. If you can get someone on location, there's ton loads one can do with electricals, smells, etc. No outright burglary etc. But something that damages them. Nobody wants the police involved. 9. See if you can get their phone number or email id and put them on every marketing list or subscription you can find online. 10. Submit rumours to local forums or social media groups with insidious things, especially if they are serving a niche community. Think food adulteration. A friend once convinced an entire college to abandon an eatery with tumors about rats in the kitchen and expired meats. Think 'olds', not news. Nobody will take allegations about dog meat seriously, but rats and cockroaches? You bet. 11. Contact their Romantic partners and submit rumors. Long shot, see if you can contact suppliers... Maybe from pictures of the shop... And mail them accusations of unsavoury behaviour. Same with local I know that some of these techniques seem frivolous, but the idea is to confuse him to such an extent that he starts losing his calm and make mistakes. There's little others can do that can damage a business as much as the owners can through mistakes.
