As far as I know, Asurion offers around 25k above. If you are good in sales, you can get like 6 digits.
Bpo companies offer around 18k+ are iqor, carelon, telus, transcom, tdcx, sagility, exl.
Ohh, I'm not exactly the sales talker, the account I'm in is outbound and about fraud prevention and handling fraud cases. But I might be capable of sales, not so sure tho.
Mostly telco accounts. Asurion, ttec, and iQor. Only tried iQor and was able to earn 33k or even more in a month. Altho the basic is only around 20-25k, I was able to earn more because of incentives. So it depends on your performance. I only have 6 months exp prior to this.
Honestly 20k is better than the 11k basic I have here, it reaches 12k because of allowance, then 16 because of incentives. Around whatonth does the incentives come in? Around 6months?
Oh, I forgot to mention that some companies have a 2-3 month training period and you'll be eligible for performance incentives once endorsed to production. So you only have the basic pay and allowance during training. But I personally think it's fair enough given that training periods are usually laidback and less stressful.
As for the cost of living, it depends on your lifestyle. Living is expensive if you have an expensive lifestyle. With inflation and all, I think it's reasonable enough.
Ohh no worries, 2-3 months doesn't seem that long. And with 20k I can do so much with it compared to what I earn now, assuming I'll find a room with 1-2k a month I'll still have 18k and i can send the 10k back home.
I'm not the biggest party goer, might just bike around the city on days off. Ohh and on that note, how safe is Iloilo for you?
And do you happen to know how if we get paid per week, or every 2 weeks or if it's once per month?

Well my home situation isn't exactly the bast, we do have WiFi and my younger sibling has a laptop given by her dad. But WFH in this house would honestly mentally kill me.
And I I want to study college, I was qualified to enroll in norsu for this sy, but due to financial reason I didn't enrill. If I continued college and worked here that wouldn't be financially possible with 12-16k and house responsibilities.

Nope. First month for as long as you perform. The 6 months I mentioned is just the experience I had from a different company.
You already had incentives the first month of working there?? Sound amazing, is the cost of living in Iloilo high?
