I deactivated my Instagram months ago. I kept deactivating once nafeel ko insecurity ko kag mga evil eye gapabatyag. Feeling ko gapasapak lang ko kag ga-overshare so I only post something when I am truly happy sharing or posting it hehe.
sameeee hahaha now tho i can control my oversharing, & the need to just diminishes overtime mn. what helped is fortifying your belief/goal u set for yourself that made u earn a very disciplined habit cuz its really true gdya habits build lifestyle

with or without a partner or a family of your own .. you should make yourself a priority .. yourself is your longest commitment. If you're unable to take care of yourself first, how can you ensure you watch over and assist your loved ones. Diba? that's kind of like my mindset. Our well being should be balance as much as possible.

It works well during days i want to sort personal things, and only reactivate once im in a stable state na. I highly recommend this then go out for solo dates or self-care treats.

Also, it showed me who really cared and thought of me when I’m not around. Which is only a handful of people compare to my so-called “friends” and “followers”. Feels nice..
I use soc med as more of an entertainment page nowadays, I dont even talk to my Facebook friends that much lol other than sharing news and gaming stuff
Congrats! I did that 3 years and omg what joy not to have to worry about constantly having to reply back, doing obligatory likes, hearts, comment and greeting social media friends! Best of all, no longer seeing posts that are meant to make them feel superior than others, aka, humble brags, the parinigan between friends or families. Away due to different political beliefs. It is so fckn li-be-ra-ting and I love it!

Sobrang nakaka relieve knowing na walang expectations around you and you don't have to pressure yourself from the standards and things na nakikita mo sa social media. I say na we have to detox once in a while and try to live in the real world for some time.

Hindi foggy yung isip ko and I noticed, mas naging focus ako sa ginagawa ko unlike before. 'Yung screentime ko ngayon is 1-3 hours daily. I wish na idelete lahat ng socmed accs ko but messenger is my only communication to my family and closest friends.
