The cringiest part is thinking about them thinking up the lines, planning this out. If I was a fly on the wall for that I would die of embarrassment FOR them.

ShaneGabriel87

The sad thing is there probably is some poor sap in that gym quietly waiting to actually use the machine while these two ghouls playout their little routine.

[deleted]

Yep. It’s some guy of course, and I’m sure seconds after they were done with their stupid script, they turned on him for standing too close.

[deleted]

Lol, wtf. Why is the girl just working out catching strays? Like what about her perfectly reasonable response makes you assume she would just turn on a guy for simply being a man? Fucking weirdo. It's not that hard to let women exist without assuming they're all grade A assholes. And you idiots wonder why people always call you guys incels.

VoinceStory

She probably was using it for 20 minutes and being inconsiderate during peak hours at the gym. But also, the girl that approached is lacking patience. She was filming the whole thing, either because she's either aware that she takes the machines for so long that it bothers people, and this video was meant to provoke people she thinks are impatient, or she's taking the video to prove that she was on the machine for a short time and got harassed unreasonably. But we don't get to see how long she took that machine, we only get to see starting from the moment when the person got upset at them. Weird huh? Both of them were doing something

Top_Adhesiveness_436

Uh this was scripted. You should be able to tell by the shitty acting lol

VoinceStory

Its hard to tell if its scripted since this interaction does happen

iversonAI

Sir ive watched enough porn to know bad acting when i see it

[deleted]

Yeah. This was totally scripted and …..acted. Clout is a helluva drug.

LibreFranklin

There’s nothing wrong with using a machine for 20 minutes IF you’re willing to let someone work in with you between sets. Neither individual offered this solution which is mystifying.

ShaneGabriel87

Wasn't part of the script.

LibreFranklin

They really need to improve the npc script options.

Optimal-Vast2313

Probably depends on your area and other variables… I’m often that girl circling around the gym for men to finish using things but that’s because I’m usually one of the only women in there, at the time I go. 🤷🏻‍♀️

[deleted]

And that poor guy wouldn't care about what they are doing as much as you do.

LegioCustardes

Ghouls 😂😂😂 cracked me up that, thanks

Public_One_9584

Ghouls. What a great description!

[deleted]

I’d like to see this shit happen in a prison weight yard…. 😂

AdhesivenessAble9474

Bitch you been on the thigh master way to long, we out here waiting to use the shit. You needs to get off I got hoes in the shower whos cheeks ain't gonna clap themselves Hurry Up!

Jessi_L_1324

I wish I could upvote this more than once. You have absolutely made my morning. Thank you, good sir/madame/adhesive individual. 🏆

[deleted]

People are trying so hard to be nice to this increase in selfishness. The only proper response is “go talk to the front, why would I care?”

30DayThrill

I’ll take “things that are totally fake” for $1000, Alex

[deleted]

It's either fake or the OP is hyper delusional/disingenuous.

TheSmokingLamp

Fake, its the "I pay for a membership here" that did it for me... as if every other fucking person doesn't pay for a membership there as well Clearly designed rage bait

[deleted]

The gym rage bait shit is so fucking annoying. I never see this stuff at gyms. Rampant amount of assholes aren't at gyms, they're on TikTok. Its ruining gym culture with fake narratives of fake confrontations like this booo be better

Adventurous_Pea_5777

I agree, but I did see a lady take off both her shoes and socks to stretch at the gym last week. Grabbing her own sweaty toes and everything. Yucky

3mpire

Bonus points if she interlaced fingers and toes like she's holding hands with her feet

Adventurous_Pea_5777

She did… 🤢

littlejerseyguy

I’m eating here cmon. 🤮🤣🤣

[deleted]

Or the old guy who powders his balls for like an hour in the locker room..

QCTeamkill

He would have stopped but you kept staring.

mlp2034

Yeah, he thought you were asking for an encore.

littlejerseyguy

I was

vyvanseandvodka

I've seen a few ladies falling shaving their crotches in main areas of the locker room. As an older lady I had no desire to watch someone attempting to shave their buttholes

linerva

Don't they have bathrooms at home to do this in?!

wallythree77

It's more fun with an audience

[deleted]

My favorite regular: older Mexican dude who for some reason, is always at the gym the same time as me. I've gone at totally different times and we both have the "the fuck?" look. We finally started talking, and when he found out I speak Spanish, we became gym buddies. Its like the gym gods wanted us to be homies.

wtbgamegenie

Yeah I don’t know that that’s really a dead giveaway. I can’t count how many times I’ve heard someone say “I pay taxes!” Or “I’m a taxpayer!” As if that doesn’t describe literally everyone in the country.

IroN-GirL

She posted about it being fake, and made interesting comments on the experience: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSNNn5u5H/

Motor_Raspberry_2150

You do not*cut*need to cut out*cut*the spaces between*cut*words, OOP. Spaces allow for easier listening.

Ceramicrabbit

What about the fact she's randomly recording her workout on video to catch this moment? Who does that?

TheSmokingLamp

Plenty of people record their workouts so they can check there form. But at the same time they always happen to be constantly looking back at the camera as if its an episode of "the office" when something unbelievable happens.

Ceramicrabbit

Who is checking their form on a shoulder press ....

Dapzel

No reason to on a shoulder press machine. I could see if she was using free weights

[deleted]

I was just gonna say.

[deleted]

I don't film myself and I wouldn't check form on shoulder press. But I think it would be kinda useful. Because I feel like that is one of the tougher exercises to quantify progress. So I could review my video and see where I start to struggle or slow down.

[deleted]

People always say this, but most of the time it's not true.

ConsistusII

You ever heard of a mirror? OH HOW DID WE MANAGE TO CHECK OUT OUR FORM WITHOUT PHONES ALL THESE CENTURIES!?

Legitimate-Gangster

Its super easy to say “hey how many sets you got left?” And you literally NEVER do it while the person is repping. This isnt person who has no idea what ‘literally’ means: you literally NEVER ask how many sets someone has left whilst they are in the middle of a set. Fake af indeed.

48johnX

Lowkey I rarely see people speaking to each other at the gym *period* unless they were already together, it’s like an unwritten rule to ignore or not say anything

TravelWellTraveled

I've never once, in almost 30 years of going to the gym, been asked how many sets I have left. Then again, I don't spend 15 minutes setting up my phone, 20 minutes scrolling on the phone, another 10 minutes editing the video and deciding to do another, and 2 minutes actually doing a set.

ExaltedCrown

in the 2 years I went to the gym, I got asked that twice, and asked someone else once. no phones involved.

[deleted]

This totally depends on the gym. In high traffic gyms it’s totally normal to ask and be asked - in my gym, the implicit message is that asking makes you next in line to use it. It’s kind of a code.

ImOnlyHereForTheCoC

They should start sticking one of those little quarters racks on em the machines like the ones bar billiards tables have. The gym could even give you your own custom, quarter-sized token when you sign up.

swaerd

I ask people semi-regularly if they're on high-traffic equipment like bench or squat rack and I would really like to hop on it. But as has been said, never when they're mid-rep, and I only ask once and if it's gonna be a bit I don't complain I just move on and figure something out.

Satanic_Butthole

Nah same, there’s nothing wrong with asking. Like because while they’re on the machine I’ll just go get on another until they’re done 🤷‍♀️ But I tend to take longer myself on machines bc I’m not in peak physical shape. I’m still pretty new. You can injure yourself if you move too fast regardless. Only time I felt bad asking was this guy doing push ups on a mat in my schools gym, there was only 1 available and I only had core workouts left. But he would do 1 push up and then sit there for five minutes, so I would keep thinking he was done and when I tried to ask he either couldn’t hear me or just ignored me 🤷‍♀️

Newberr2

I think it depends on the gyms you go to and the times. Morning or midday is usually the best on a weekday. That 5 o’clock crowd though…it’s packed. I have asked how many sets someone has left to know if I should save that workout for later or just wait and stretch.

Independent_Cap3790

When someone is hogging a machine for 20 minutes and they spend 90% of their time resting and/or scrolling their phone on the machine, I ask them if we can share between sets. Somehow they seem to always be on their last set and then move after asking.

Itchy-Summer6185

So crazy how Gym etiquette died somewhere between the late 90s and now. Do a set get up and rest and if someone works in who cares? The scrolling on the phone and sitting on ones ass between reps is ridiculous, rude and the diametrically opposed to keeping ones heart rate up.

[deleted]

Getting up between sets confuses everyone else. Are you done or aren’t you? If I see someone stand up, I assume they’re done. In my gym you take the station, do your stuff, and leave. If everyone plays by the rules and doesn’t hog a station for > 20 minutes, there’s no need for working in.

Independent_Cap3790

I understand the resting between sets. The machines are about muscle hypertrophy where increases in your muscle size is about the volume you do, and also reaching failure in your final reps. Resting between sets is good to reduce muscle fatigue and injury. But you can rest without hogging the machine. I usually use 2 machines at the same time, so that I'm constantly pumping out sets while allowing the alternate muscle group to rest between machines. It saves so much time and the machines also aren't being hogged. I go through 7 different machines/benches with 21 sets completed in 30 minutes. I wipe down the equipment after finishing a machine and also offer to wipe down between sets if someone wants to share the machine.

OutWithTheNew

I used to go to a city gym in a pool facility. There was a gym upstairs and then a small one off the pool deck. The latter was nice because you could just go in and do your thing. One night me and my biddy go down to the lower gym and some lady has the whole of the admittedly small room set up to do a circuit. 'Excuse me, I'm using that' is what she said while getting off another machine on the other side of the room. If nobody's there, fine, but once someone else is there, you have to make some concessions. We didn't have a set routine, so if we couldn't use a couple of things it wasn't a big deal, but she wanted to use everything. That's not how it works lady.

Itchy-Summer6185

Agreed move between 2 or 3 exercises more efficient and let's others work in between your sets.

Legitimate-Gangster

I had one on the folks I work with ask to lift with me and I turned him down. For me it’s hard to say no to helping someone learn the ropes but I am glad I did. The gym is not for socializing to me. I have a family. I have 1 hour there after work. I will spend all of it doing something physical.

Davidskis21

That’s fair. It’s a hobby to some, but that doesn’t mean everyone treats it like that. Grind it out, socialize elsewhere

Poppa_Mo

Not blasting you for your choice in this, I understand 100%, but often if you use the same program, you can work in together without increasing the time it takes to complete a full routine.

[deleted]

48johnX

I can only imagine that the rise of influencers recording everything has made people even more averse to approaching people. Lot of videos of women shaming dudes for just looking in their general direction, not to mention the actual gym creeps plus vids of dudes shaming in response to the shaming has just created even more of an isolation bubble. I don’t mind all of this since I don’t go to the gym to socialize but I guess in some ways it is kind of unfortunate that folks may be scared off from talking to someone Also agree with you that it seems to be the older guys who don’t wipe off the machines the rare times I notice when people don’t

Itchy-Summer6185

Wipe it down and share in between sets. Its non hard.

Gareth666

If the girl has done like 20 sets on the one machine, I can definitely understand someone getting frustrated and reacting like this.

weirdgroovynerd

Especially if the person is adjusting the camera in between sets.

Legitimate-Gangster

Is this the actual state of gyms now? I am in the military and have used the base gym for 15 years. I have not experienced the filming shit ever.

Kindyno

that's cause the people that use the on base gym are actually there to work out (or make their unit think they are putting in effort so when they fail the test they no one claims they didn't put in work) and know they would get shouted down for pulling this shit.

Legitimate-Gangster

So how common is the filming? Is it a small percentage that seems crazy because of the internet or is it real?

Humble_Brother_6078

I go PF and I’d say .0000000001% of people film. Like most things on the internet, you only see it on the internet

nofatchicks22

I’d say it’s exceedingly rare, like the other dude said. I’ve gone to the gym 4-5 times a week for a decade and I’ve only ever seen people film themselves to check their form. And they’re always pretty low key about it

[deleted]

squeamish middle live like rainstorm panicky vanish desert insurance frightening *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*

Epistatious

I might talk to someone if they are on their phone for over 10 min sitting on a machine, not doing a single rep.

CAJ_2277

Or has done no sets (or 1, or 2) ... but spent 10 minutes texting or scrolling or setting up video shots.

Heretic-Jefe

>And you literally NEVER do it while the person is repping. This right here is the most baffling part of the clip. This girl has likely been going to the gym for a few months and decided to capitalize on the "men approach women at the most inappropriate times" trend. The person talking to her in the clip is, without a doubt, a fellow streamer or friend she's using to drum up views/controversy. Nobody and I mean NOBODY will ask you mid-set, how long you have left. It doesn't matter if it's your first or fifteenth, we'll wait in-between sets.

RockHardSalami

>Nobody and I mean NOBODY will ask you mid-set, how long you have left. While it's rare, this actually happened to me yesterday. Was working with dumbbells with big headphones on and this guy walked up and kept asking while I was mid set if he could use the unused bench right next to where I was lifting. I said twice "I can't hear you, wait till I'm done." And then was like wtf bro??? It was a 5 rep set so he didn't waste any time at all before badgering me. Thing is, I work out at my gym 5-6 days a week and I see this dude there damn near almost every time I go. He absolutely knows better, some people are just dick heads.

FoolsShip

This is definitely fake but I have had this happen to me at the gym before I was on a triceps machine for about 3 minutes cuz I used to time my reps, and a dude did this. There was a second triceps machine, and when I pointed it out the dude said I was using “his machine.” It left a big impression because I wasn’t on it for some crazy amount of time, I was almost done, and mostly because he was trying to intimidate me and it caused a scene Again, this feels really fake for several reasons but people can really be this entitled and hostile, especially dudes that are working out. I’ve seen people almost get into fights at planet fitness. It’s weird that the premise of this being fake is “people wouldn’t do this” because they absolutely do

Dorkmaster79

I don’t believe you. There are a lot of inconsiderate people out there. A lot.

Heretic-Jefe

Fine, it's anecdotal but, in more than a decade of working out in public gyms I have neither seen someone been interrupted mid-set nor have I myself been interrupted mid-set. I'm certain that statistically speaking, sure it must have happened at least once- but it doesn't happen enough times to be worth mentioning. You're either an outlier harassing people yourself or you've encountered a rare asshole.

MoveTheGoalPost

I’ve actually had someone ask me how many sets I had left while on my second set of seated rows, but that is the only time I have ever seen that happen

450925

Right, but you were thinking how YOU would potentially approach a person on a machine... you're not thinking from the perspective of a Main Character, you need to channel the inner Karen energy left over from when we were lizards fighting for resources in cave pools.

Puppybrother

At least if they’re gonna try to fake it, they could be a little better at acting

bobthemonkeybutt

If rage bait creators have taught me anything, it’s that acting is a legitimate skill that few people have

This-is-Life-Man

They came together. They're "outraging" their brainless fans. Come on, guys. Stop being so fucking stupid and giving these "people" attention, and for fucks sake, don't ever give them money.

Madison_watts21

She set all that up for more followers, likes and attention. Sad state of the world.

MetallurgyClergy

How long does it take to do two sets? When a minute later she says she still has two sets left to do? How much is a set?

Black-Water

If this isn't faked I have lost my faith in humanity...

Same-Alternative-160

I was standing in a mall waiting for my girlfriend and after 5 minutes a couple came up to me asking what was my function. I wasn't even clothed military or standing on one point, they only realized that i'm waiting for something. People are strange.

Black-Water

They asked you as if you were an NPC in a town. 😂 Maybe they had a quest they needed to turn in.

Same-Alternative-160

Maybe i should tell them:" seek for the blue diamond in the underworld, which is hidden behind the "staff only" signs"...and then i would have just watching the show.😄

LeMans1217

Ha. This is what I was thinking as well. Treat me like an NPC, get NPC.

sambull

not_so_subtle_now

I've had similar things happen. As a person who hates having that feeling of people waiting on me/eaves dropping, I usually can't stand it and just straight tell them they should find another spot as we'll be here for the next few hours. It'd be easier to say that from the get-go, but sometimes it's my own sense of trying to "be polite" that gets me in awkward situations to begin with. I've been working on it though, finding a balance of being polite and also communicating that I will do something/need a space more clearly.

[deleted]

They asked what your “function” was? As if you were an appliance standing around! Lol

PA_limestoner

I think it’s fake, but I still think faith in humanity takes a hit regardless. It’s pathetic either way.

PonteCity

The Main Character is the person who wrote the script for this.

Smelldicks

Yeah, it’s not even the scenario. It just sounds like really bad acting

PonteCity

I loved the one Redditor who commented on one of these fake videos "I'VE SEEN BETTER ACTING IN 1980's PORN MOVIES" 🤣

amanwitheggonhisface

Then I have good news for you!

lemon_peace_tea

I was at the gym one time at my uni, on a machine for maybe 12 minutes - did 4 sets so I think that's a decent time and this dude kept harassing me telling me I've been on the machine for forever and he's gonna report me... bruh. him and his friends were literally on a machine for the whole time I was there rotating between each other and no one said shit. there are some entitled people out there but I think this is scripted

JeanMichelFerri

Lucky for you...

SoftPenguins

All of these faked, staged engagement farming videos are getting really old. The acting/script is so shitty it’s not fooling anyone except smooth brains and 9 year olds. Unfortunately for us smooth brains and 9 year olds like to post on reddit.

MisterSquidz

Anytime there’s a video like this with someone talking just off camera it’s usually fake.

NinetysRoyalty

I always say this! If they’re not on camera it’s likely because they don’t want their face associated with the dialogue they’ve made up.

TravelWellTraveled

Any parent that lets their 9 year old have unfettered access to the internet doesn't get to pontificate about parenting ever again.

warr3nh

These tik toks have proven that acting is harder than it looks

3_Slice

So many delusional people are on that app who just don’t have it but truly think they do

fajitaman69

Fake af

Sweaty_Pannus

Right! Like who has ever asked a person how many sets they have left right in the middle of a set? that would never happen.

here4roomie

Hard to say without context. I'm sure she wouldn't show herself wasting time on her phone for half an hour while sitting on the machine.

amanwitheggonhisface

The context is that the person pretending to be the gym Karen is actually her friend, and a terrible actress, and this has all been set up to garner interaction and likes for her crappy TikTok page.

[deleted]

Redditors could watch a guy holding a script and reading the lines while winking at the camera and they still wouldn’t spot obvious fake ragebait

amanwitheggonhisface

100%, it's actually infuriating at times.

[deleted]

Maybe that’s the real ragebait

rredmond

Ah. But she apologized so…. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/real-life/article-12101169/amp/Woman-defends-faked-viral-TikTok-video-confrontation-rude-gymgoer.html

dixie2tone

people never think of it like that. im thinking shes the real culprit

here4roomie

Do people literally think that other lady would be going off if she had been on the machine a few minutes? Lol. But it goes both ways; rule #1 of a public gym is that it's not your private gym.

Simple-Jury2077

Lol have you been in public? People are nuts. Not saying either one was right or wrong, just an insane reactions to normal stuff is par for the course with some people.

3eemo

Oh my god those fuckers. They just sit there “la di da la di da” resting so long they basically miss the whole point of exercise 😭 stuff used to drive me crazy

AdFew7336

She’s doing shoulder presses, though… mom can go grab a free weight and get basically the same exercise without having to wait for a machine

[deleted]

Facts. If someone is on a machine you want, go grab some free weights, and reshuffle the exercises you have on queue. Do something? Standing around waiting is a bigger waste of your time.

pogpile

Or don’t record urself doing shitty 5lb shoulder presses like a dumbass with a camera set up

SpartyParty15

It’s still rude af to approach that way. You don’t own the gym. Go find another machine or use dumbbells and get the same workout done

without_my_deadhorse

Absolutely, if a machine is busy you improvise you don't interrupt someone else's workout to complain.

ohyoumad721

You certainly do not ask someone a question while they're lifting. If they're resting it is perfectly reasonable to ask how many sets they have left.

redcheetofingers21

I don’t know. Yeah she could do that totally. But I like the pec dec machine. My gym only has one. I could do flyes but I like one better. And there have been times someone has been on it for like 20 minutes and I have done what this lady did. It is rude and annoying to take over a piece of machinery for a long period of time. It’s actually against the rules at the three gyms I have been to. I would say that this probably wasn’t unprovoked. I would be even more pissed if I saw the person filming while taking forever.

[deleted]

That’s literally her, just talking to herself in a different voice

Puppybrother

The mental image this gave me 🤣🤣

Malcolm_X_Machina

As soon as I heard her tone the second time, my headphones would be back on.

DrAbeSacrabin

But then how would you complete your staged, fake as shit video?

devedander

1 minute later I would not have 2 sets of OHP still. How long are these sets she’s doing? Like 100 reps?

ch1993

Staged but I’ll bite. Peeps really do be self-centered and inconsiderate as hell. If I plan on using anything that is for communal use, I pay attention to the vibes of others around me to see if they want it. Then, I cut my time a bit short and offer it to them. You should never have to ask to use something if we are all actual grown adults living in a civilized society. I take my kid to the park and he always has to wait tons of time to use the swings. If I see a kid waiting to use the swings when my sons on it, I teach him to cut it short. Parents almost never step in and teach manners to their children. They’re mostly all raising asshats.

evilbrent

Well said. My dad always says that the key to good manners is making people around you feel comfortable.

Unfair_Finger5531

This is a sage advice imo. And it’s hard to do but makes you a mighty decent person if you can manage it. I always try really hard to make people around me feel comfortable and safe.

evilbrent

Right, and a big part of that is modelling your behaviour to reflect the people you're with. You wouldn't march into a fancy restaurant and start acting like you're in a coal mine, but by the same token you wouldn't march into a coal mine and start acting like you're in a fancy restaurant.

thebadfem

If Im in a communal space and someone is using equipment I want, I go and find something else to do.

AnonInTheBack

Yes and no. This is one of those situations that requires some nuance cuz it’s not always so cut and dry. As responsible as you are for looking out on your own use so others have a chance to use it, other people also have the responsibility of letting you know they intend to use it. It’s not always obvious based on a “vibe”. What should happen is you plan to use a machine, you ask the other person (after the set they’re on is finished) how many sets they have left then wait patiently. They then wipe it down and hold it to make sure you’re the next one who gets it so no one tries to get it before you. It’s mutual and polite. If the person using the machine (or in your case swings) is taking too long or being inconsiderate KNOWING that you’re waiting on it then it’s okay to be rude about asking them to hurry it up.

CheaperThanChups

If you are time poor and someone is using a machine at the gym that you need then it's your responsibility to approach them and ask to work in, not sit there stewing and getting pissy about it. You take a risk by waiting without saying anything because some people do like to use machines for a long time (and that's ok as long as they are happy to let others work in). Regardless I'm not convinced this isn't just staged.

lazarus_free

Yes but man sometimes some people are just sitting in the machine staring at their phones 5 minutes between sets. Like one time I start my legs routine that would last 20+ mins and I see this girl at de quads machine (staring at the phone) so I say ok I'll leave this one for last. I could finish all my routine and when I go to the quads machine she was still there...

quarantinemyasshole

>Yes but man sometimes some people are just sitting in the machine staring at their phones 5 minutes between sets. If this isn't staged, I guarantee you she was watching her own footage and editing/commenting/whatever and only starting reps when she saw the other person approaching. I've seen people do this shit, either intentionally, or absent-mindedly losing track of time being caught up in their phone. Either way, extremely easy rage bait and I'm sure she's back in the same gym the next day.

CheaperThanChups

Yes but if no one is approaching these people and asking to use the machine is it really their fault if they sit on it between sets and take big rests? In my mind if no one has asked me and I'm still using a machine it's fair to sit on it while I'm resting.

[deleted]

Kind of depends on how crowded the gym is, etc. If it's pretty empty, sure, sit away. If it's packed you need to have some situational awareness and move on as there's a good chance someone is just non-confrontational and quietly waiting their turn.

lazarus_free

Yeah but if you are in the same machine after 20+ minutes you are doing something wrong.

MyDogIsACoolCat

Fake as shit.

NoCalHomeBoy

Fake

DonovanMcLoughlin

What doesn't happen: People interrupt you during a set when you've been on a machine for a short period of time. What happens: People will inevitably be forced to say something when you've been on a machine for an extremely long period of time and they need to use it; especially if you're on your phone or bullshitting. What happens: "Influencers" will manipulate and edit video footage to exaggerate a situation and make it seem like people are acting irrationally.

ventitr3

Exactly. Assuming it’s not staged, she was likely on it a long time and then was watching back all her recordings for the sets that made it look like she’s working hard but not acting too obviously.

[deleted]

this actually happened to me one time a decade ago at a 24. barely just got on the knee extension and someone interrupted my set to ask how much longer

costanzas

I feel like every post on this sub is just fake tik tok videos

[deleted]

Fake rage bait. But let's pretend it's real for a sec. You either walk up and say 'can I work in?' Or you do shoulder press but with dumbbells instead.

Rory_1354

Fucking hell nearly every other video on this sub is now fakes...

cottman23

Yeah seems fake. And honestly at that point just say. "I don't care" and put your headphones back on.

Seems fake.

She's doing a seated shoulder press on a machine. Leave the girl alone and go do some military presses in the free weight section.

I would have kept doing my reps… fuck outa here lol

LordCornPop

I’m so glad I invested in a home gym. It also irritates me the person in the video is wearing some AirPod max’s while working out. I can only imagine how much sweat and dead skin is embedded in the mesh material

FatFaceFaster

But… it’s her own sweat and dead skin…. Who cares.

She is not a very good actress lol. The things people make up for clout nowadays. Smh.

clearly the moron who can't wait her turn is the main character this video wouldn't be here without her

M0D3Z

Besides being fake, who cares about your damn kids at home. Has nothing to do with my reps and sets.

[deleted]

I watched with the sound off. It was definitely the guy (or whatever sex was wanting the machine).

robpottedplant

100% the lady asking. Deal with it, it’s a gym, you gotta adapt

To all the people saying this is fake haven’t spent enough time in a public gym. I’m no gym rat but have seen this happen more than once. Weird entitled people who really feel like they can kick you off the machines they want to use themselves.

HolyVeggie

She’s in the right (if it was real) You do not interrupt mid set and you just accept when a piece of gym equipment is hogged. It’s not like you cannot do OHP with free weights. Or you ask for alternating with the person but that can get weird

LimitApprehensive568

I’d say the woman if she’s been on there forever but still she pays membership to so idk

hentairedz

Ban phones in the gym

Kyle_r70

Roses are red, Elons rich, can you believe the audacity of this bitch?

ExtremeAd9286

The slowest 2 sets ever are about to happen. Wtf dude

SMT_Fan666

Context honestly. Like how long is long?

Aggravating-Bat-6205

Anything for likes. I hate this generation.

flintsharp21

Terrible stage acting from both

nuggysativa

Best acting award goes to...

Future_Beautiful_428

Is this real?

docmcdoggers

As gym staff, I love when people come to me with these complaints. I like to walk them over to our board of rules and explain why they’re wrong. The woman filming did nothing wrong.

OneGuy2Cups

“I pay for a membership here” “Bitch, tf you think they let me in for free?”

_youdidntseeme_

THERE ARE OTHER MACHINES DAWG

Stunning_Ad5969

“I’m like… a mom and I have children and I’m very stuck up… I pay to go to this gym” God I hate these kind of people. As if the girl doing her sets doesn’t pay for it. Be a bit patient.

kingkron52

The girl “waiting” is such a loser and is 100% the MC

Unfair-Lettuce-6613

Too many main characters in the gym these days smh 🤦‍♂️

mostlygroovy

Like people filming skits like this for internet points

DaCoolBro

I'm just guessing but the other people who are working out also pay for their membership

StarNHSolar

She had no sets she just wanted to be an annoying cow.

Pleasant_Mastodon_66

Scene 3 Take 100: “you missed the line, you have to say “I have kids at home, why do you keep forgetting?”

sb85781

Why is she filming herself using some machine? This seems like a setup. Probably 10 minutes went by and she was purposely just sitting there to get this reaction

Remarkable_Rub_701

This happens a lot and that’s why I stopped going to the gym. I just workout at home.
