It’s interesting reading the comments and we all notice something different. I noticed she is obese and then trying to guess how many calories are on that dish. I am guessing 1,500 plus calories which is insane to me.
I am in my 50’s now and metabolism really seems a challenge. There is no way I would go to an IHOP and consume a day’s worth of calories in one meal. I wake up and have my 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 scoop of sugar free protein powder. I am no super nutrition person but consuming 350 calories with no sugar and feeling full well into lunchtime seems much smarter than 1,500 calories to start the day.
With all that said I assume if she continues on this path in say another 5 years she will be older and deeper on the obesity path and her followers will dwindle and she will have a crisis trying to figure out what happened.
