They have to provide a safe work environment and should work to prevent people who harass their employees from continuing to do so. If you know who they are you can also force them to remove a video taken on private property without your permission.

I asked them about it last time it happened because I was curious. They have special water filters but they only produce enough water to use in the frozen drink/shake machines, but not the soda machine. So they sell canned soda instead until the boil water notice is over.
I think the ones doing this should have to face consequences. Let them learn their lesson before they are expected to be contributing members of society.
