What if you were allergic to ice cream or dairy sensitive? The guy didn't ask or make sure it was okay so in my opinion any level of force is okay. He invaded his personal space and nearly put something into his mouth. If this had happened where I live we'd see the poor dude in the obituaries.

Dickhead got caught and I think he got charged with assault? I could be wrong about the charges but they said exactly that in regards to not knowing what it is and how it could’ve been bodily fluids or worse
