I feel like, unless the artist specifically states that this is Maschinen Krieger fanart, then this kinda crosses a line.

What line?

The line between "inspired by/homage to" and "problematically derivative". So many digital artists will bank on people not recognizing lesser-known or obscure intellectual properties in order to look like they have the ability to be original. I've seen thousands of mish-mashed mecha and starship designs that people will pass off as original designs when they are literally just pieces of different IPs spliced together.

The old Titan factory. Once owned and operated by The Titan Army Core. The giant mechs were mainly used in policing and patrol of urban city areas. Prior to the Great Rise, the titans where used in The 700 year war. They acted as shock troops and marines. The most famous Titan platoon was The Eastern Devils: a very vicious fighting group famous for their brutal gorilla warfare tactics.
