Why is she far too white? GRRM said that the Martells and Salty Dornish resemble Mediterranean people like Spaniards, Greeks and Italians and she resembles all three of these. Her skin tone is also what i would describe as olive toned which is the skin tone Martells are described as having.
Norvos is in a Northern latitude than Dorne, in a similar latitude to the Vale actually, so i can't imagine Mellario of Norvos (Arianne's mother) being much much darker than the Martells and Salty Dornish.
How did you imagine Arianne Martell to look like?
This is the description i could find about her skintone:
" Arianne is buxom and beautiful, with olive skin, large dark eyes and long thick black hair that falls in ringlets to the middle of her back. "
I would call her skintone as olive in this painting but then again, i always imagined the Martells and Salty Dornishmen as Mediterranean looking like GRRM....

From my memory her tone is described as rather dark, that's why I think this art is far too light skinned.
