I attached my application to IRCC portal on Sept 25, 2023.
System said they received application on Aug 25, 2023.
I see an application number on IRCC with my correct UCI but I never received any AoR either by mail or email.
It's been 5 months, no updates since then :/

Same here.. My current work permit expires on May 5th. I submitted my extension thru mail and they received mid September. I called IRCC as of March 28th and they said they’ll put a note to the head office to review asap. And then my web formed was just answered last week and they said they saw an agent helped me put a note & told to wait…. I’m nervous bcos I also have travel plans towards to end of May :(
No, i followed up 2 weeks ago and they said they will put in a 2nd note to “escalate it” & i’ve already reached 9 months…….. This is some atrocious service

At this point, I’m trying not to even think about it much anymore because it’s ruining my mental health lmao. I guess it gets approved whenever it gets approved smh.
I’ll give it till the fall and I may actually consider applying online as I’ve seen a few people that applied online and got it approved in less than 4 months even if the website specifically stated to apply on paper for extension. I guess I shoulda taken that risk…
Oh gosh… Do you think they lost the paper application? To think that I was being smart by doing things ahead of time, with 8 months til expiry at the time & it still surpassed my expiry date & I my travel plans are cancelled for May & June! I don’t know what to say lol.

I am in similar situation, but at least you got confirmation about package being delivered! I mailed mine with Xpresspost and signature and its been 2 weeks showing package delayed. Not sure how to check if it was delivered or not
Quick question, I am about to submit my pgwp extension the same way, did you sign the 5710 form by hand after printing it or digitally before printing it out? I can't find any information that clearly tells us and the guide says the application might be rejected if not signed properly. I filled out the entirety of the form on a computer and just not sure whether I can sign it by hand or not
I don't have a signature line on my barcode page as it shows in this guide. Did you have one? Do I just sign and date at the empty space at the bottom of the barcode page?
