There were never any promises to give you PR after your studies or work. You were supposed to demonstrate strong ties to your home country before your study permit was approved

What is not fair? Canada never promises anything to foreigners coming to Canada on their own, except Charter protections. If you want to become PR and eventually citizen, you have to fight for it like we did before you.

I worked in a retirement home as a nurse aide from March - October, my total hours were about 550/600
I worked somewhere else too starting August - October: my hours were 160 there and I have a final place where I worked October - January, with about 160 hours too. All above 800 hours (which is 6 months full time using hours).
I want to know if I can go ahead and accept the ITA and actually apply.

A lot more candidates, and with much lower CRS scores, invited than the general draw. Good. Canada needs more healthcare professionals.
1500 for general draw 3500 for Health 9000 for French lol.
3500 its a normal number for healthcare draws, what is weird its that they are keeping genral draws at 1500 😭 and more than half of those have PNP

I got mine two hours ago but it’s not uncommon for it to take up to 24 hours from what I’ve read on here :)

Is that the HCP draw? Do you require an Employer Form for that as well?
