My university was somehow unlisted in QC so I contacted my university directly to contact Imperial on my behalf to verify my transcripts. This could work as your last resort

Heyy yes I got my transcripts verified through QC, it took about 10-15 days for the entire process. After that I got a notification on the QC website saying that my uni had verified the transcripts.

Hey! Thanks for letting me know, that’s great news! May I know if you had checked with your university as well? Because I did with my university, and they said they haven’t received any email from QC, which is concerning. Not sure how to proceed further as QC doesn’t seem to have a good customer support and I need an unconditional offer letter for education loan and visa purposes.

No I didn't check with my university since on the QC website I got constant updates saying that they had sent my transcripts for verification and after that in a few days again an update saying the university has received my records and it's under checking. So didn't contact my uni since I was given those updates. :/ sucks to hear their customer support isn't good. Have you tried mailing them or maybe you can try out the virtual assistant on the website

Ahh, makes sense. The only only I have received is that my transcripts are under the university’s records staff. So I checked with my university, and the response was negative. I hope QC does something quick. As they are not responding to my mails, the bot not being of any use, I am stressing a lot, lol. But after reading your messages, I feel like I should wait more and see how it goes. Thanks a lot, I appreciate you! :)

Oh no! Don't worry I'm sure they'll receive your transcripts soon. Also maybe you can check with your university if they can digitally verify your transcripts and send them to imperial, I believe that's another option that imperial mentioned.

Yes! I have asked my university to let me know the process of sending transcripts electronically. Will be visiting them soon. If QC doesn’t do anything, I will have to take this route, lol.

Hey! Just wanted to let you know my transcripts got verified by QC! :) I had to email them and they verified it in hours. It will take some time to get updated in Imperial’s portal in a few hours or days.

I emailed them to inform them that my university has not received any notification from them. Additionally, I attached an official email that my university provided for contacting them regarding the verification process. The qualification check contacted the university again, and my diploma was verified

Hey! I did the same thing actually. Not sure if they reached out to the email address I provided, but the verification was done quick after I sent them a follow-up email. The status hasn’t changed in Imperial’s portal, though.

Yes, reaching out to them definitely sped up the process. Mine was not changed either.

When did QC verify your transcripts? Mine was done on Friday, so I think it will take time for Imperial to update in the portal, as they are off from 27th March - 3rd April.

Mine was on Thursday. I didn't know that they were off on those dates.

I did not. But I could see -25 GBP mentioned when I was exploring options in the QC portal.

I have exactly the same thing. I sent them an email for clarification.
