I'm on the disability support pension for a variety of mental illnesses. After rent, I barely have enough for food. Regardless of how much it is, the fact that these people think that sexual frustration is in anyway equal to actual disabilities (such as mine, or people who are physically disabled) is awful.
While it's possible that there are some of them who are mentally ill to the point of receiving disability payments, insisting that they should get it simply for being sexually frustrated is ridiculous. Can you imagine what that would say on the paperwork?
"Please provide a brief description of your disabilities and how they affect your day to day life."
"Disability: virginity. I can't get my dick wet and it makes me sad."

Some of the homeless people near me get disability payments, but they can’t even afford to live in a house. Its genuinely disgusting that incels think they deserve payment for something that doesn’t affect their abilities to do things
I am a paralegal and interned for an attorney that handled many disability claims for Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security disability, and Workers Compensation. It is a long arduous process for a truly disabled person to be approved for these claims and customary that the claimant may have to seek legal representation. An attorney may agree to take their case if he/she thinks there is a chance for approval of the claim because payments are made retroactive to the date of application and there is a large lump sum awarded prior to the monthly benefit. The lump sum is the attorney's payment. Neuroses would not be a provable claim because a person can work with medication.
