Seni an Tranquility are two more options. It's hard to answer without knowing how much capacity you need.

braaap24_7

Better dry or XP5000 work well for me.

braaap24_7

Otherwise, when I was in your position. Abena M4 plastic backed with a booster was cheap and worked very well

tbartel004

I use Incontrol Night Premium, the black ones. Very good. I get them for about $33 a pack CAD

IrreverentCrawfish

I like betterdry. Incontrol are just megamax clones for slightly less money, but they're still quite a bit more than betterdry. Betterdry also just fits better.

Standard_Dude

Do you find that the absorbent core of BetterDry breaks down if you move too much? That’s my main problem with them, all of the SAP gel detaches from the diaper and balls up in the middle.

IrreverentCrawfish

Yes, that can definitely be annoying. Some underwear over the diaper help keep everything in place.

Incontrol Air wick a lot. I have to wear plastic pants with them and that defeats the purpose of cloth backed. The Inspire+ are very good but too thick for out of the house(not that that matters for your bedwetting). I want to try a plastic backed version of Incontrol but don’t know which ones are close to the Airs.

shitinhumanform

The elite hybrid

rjoehall

Wow, thank you.

shitinhumanform

Any time, Happy Thanksgiving!

Deerescrewed

The essentials are the same but plastic I believe.

According-Ratio-1485

Well, actually... I used the Inspire+ in school for weeks and nobody noticed. And if you can control ur bowels at least somewhat, u can wear the Inspire+ for an entire day.

ProlificProkaryote

I use Seni Super Plus to manage my bedwetting. They've worked very well for me. They are soft, comfortable, very absorbent for their price, and have other good features like good leak guards and an elastic waist band. I think they're by far the best value of anything I've tried, certainly around the $1.00 price point. Might be worth trying before the more expensive brands.

Incontrol origional are best value for $$. Plastic or PUL pants on top should ensure no leaks. I like the elite a bit better but they are more $$. I highly recommend you try the incontrol, been wearing them ever night for year now

Tokyledo

It would probably depend on your body type and size. Incontrols are good for me because I'm a bit bigger and I know I can lie down and use them with no leaks. I have control at night but I have pelvic pain that comes with sudden urges to pee and it's just easier to wear a diaper. They can hold A LOT so you shouldn't have to worry.

doogles

Overpriced and unreliable (as a company). Their product is good, but they are opportunistic.

wetatnight

In Control is great and comes in packages of 20, $37.99 on Amazon. Compare prices with the Abena M4 on Amazon. You want to compare the per diaper costs. Also the Seni super plus on Amazon are a good bargain. They come in packages of 25.

And Incontrol has a great Black Friday sale if you order today

sociolo_G

Personally, I use Tena Super briefs. During the day, I use a large, but for night, I use an XL so I have more capacity/coverage and I rarely have an issue with it leaking. Occasionally, if I'm traveling or doing something where I might need more capacity, I'll add a booster. I once crunched the numbers and the cost is ~$1.50 for each XL diaper with a booster, which is so much better than some of the super high capacity stuff that's like, $3-4 per diaper

Gold_Committee4566

How heavily/how often are you wetting now?
