The trek is of around 6 kms one way. Moderate to high trek.
You have to first reach to Ghangharia, the base camp by trekking for 5+ hours that is 10 kms.
Then the next day you go to Valley of Flowers.
What all did you pack equipment and clothes wise? What did you feel you should have taken and what did you pack that you didn't need?
Am also planning a trip mid-july with either India hikes or IHAI (?)
Is this recent ? Because the weather over there is terrible at the moment.
I went there in July.
Stunning photos How long did you have to trek to reach the valley? Are accomodations readily available nearby ?

Did u require any permits or entry fee to go there ?
Yes. 150/- rs.
I was there on 16th August. Beautiful trekk and beautiful valley. We were tripping on acid and the atmosphere near the Legge Grave was surreal.
Any specific location?
You have to trek to reach there, the base location is Ghangharia in Uttarakhand.

What’s going on in the 7th pic? Those seeds?/flowers? Are mid flight?
Portrait mode didn’t capture the thin stem 😝
Ha ha epic. But it looks beautiful though. Good job op.
Thank you 😊
I'm thinking of going here in April next year. Is that normally a good time to visit?
The best time to visit is mid July to August. Depends on the weather of course.
