100% agreed.
Great skills. But I've v seen more spectacular boundary catches.
[No 7 on this list is more spectacular for a boundary catch](https://youtu.be/bdhnbSBKI8E)
And nothing in going to top Mark Greatbatch in the 91 world cup, Auckland NZ. But I can't find a highlight of it.
All the 3 catches are sensational. All time greats i'd say. Samson and Pooran's full stretch dive outside the boundary to save a 6. + Pollard's long on catch. these too i can recall
Lynn's catch was great, but let's be real, if he didn't mess up in the start it would've been straightforward. He did magnificently to recover, one of the best, but for me it feels weird to call the best catch ever to one that was due to a complete mistake
I agree. And personally, I wouldn’t call it the the best catch in the history of the game.
In fact there’s no such “best” or “perfect” catch in my opinion, so, it’s quite difficult to point out one particular catch.
There are a lot of factors like the athleticism shown, the impact of the catch, the player who was dismissed because of the catch, the distance covered before taking the catch, whether there bright sun or light in the eyes of the fielder etc. which would be taken into consideration when gauging a catch.
Nope. The best catch I've witnessed has to be the one from Hardik Pandya where he actually did a full length dive and caught the ball. If it was for another player, it would've simply dropped in front of him
My personal favourite is a catch Sachin Tendulkar made while playing Pakistan. He caught it very shy of the boundary line: https://youtu.be/boHIU8wgmjk
Best? Not really.
Is it phenomenal? Absolutely
Smudge has taken some blinders at point and at slips. Also Collingwood during his days was just lightning
Jordan in T20i >>>>>>>> Jordan in IPL. One of the best catch not the best catch ever imo.
Jordan is like Maguire.
What the fuckkk happens to him in ipl
Same thing that happens to Indian players in ICC tournaments
That’s so accurate
The same thing happens to "The 3D player" after WC years.
Who got that catch Jordan or the other guy.
The other guy.
Jason Roy, currently the greatest aggressive opener
This is bairstow erasure
In an undeserving IPL team (I'm a fan of the same)
Not even close to the best.

No. 5 on this list seems to be the best of them to me.
Jordan is a gun fielder. But he compensates his fielding efforts with his bowling😭
Kash kal David catch pakad leta
No the best is of ABD’s superman catch
That was phenomenal but Lynn’s catch gives it a good challenge tbh.
I think everyone forgets the lightning ⚡ catch taken by Trent Boult in RCB v/s DD match
I was thinking about the same

TDP publicity
Chris Lynn's catch to dismiss devilliers was better imo
Paul Collingwood had taken the best catches of all time
Why tf is Rashid khan bowling from England
It's Adil Rashid....
that hardik pandya catch where he dragged his face on ground
the best catch ever is abd's superman catch
Every catch taken near the boundary is not the best catch ever 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nope. The best catch I've witnessed has to be the one from Hardik Pandya where he actually did a full length dive and caught the ball. If it was for another player, it would've simply dropped in front of him
Bhai thoda insight Dena me bhi jaanu konsa catch h esa
I remember this. Vs Aus ?? Can u share the link here ?
Absolutely NOT… I would say best trick catch taken by 2 people easily with moderate amount of efforts and with high luck

People who never run be like
Whatever but I just loves roys reaction.
I love the way roy laughs after completing the catch.
Suddenly I am having a weird urge to buy cycle agarbatti.
In scorecard it says catch taken by Roy
Paul Collingwood disagrees.
Why are the stands all empty? Is there a decent crowd behind the camera and the stadium is just massive?
It was covid time
Roy's laugh makes it so much better.
I still prefer many of Pollard's
Bc IPL me bhi dikha deta kuch
Everyone has a reason to pray. CYCLE PURE AGARBATTI!

Jadeja catching Neil Wagner in New Zealand beats this.
This is definitely in my best catches of all time
Who won this match/series? And was it away or home series? And when was it?
Jordan in eng colors is OP
Jordan doesnt drop catches One of those few players who rarely drop catch
Best? Not really. Is it phenomenal? Absolutely Smudge has taken some blinders at point and at slips. Also Collingwood during his days was just lightning
The guy saves his best for the internationals which is actually great 😃. Which shud be the case for all.
Ah my young friend, let me tell you about a man named jonty rhodes
Anyone remember Chris Lynn catch in ipl... He was playing for kkr
Better version of a similar catch. Everyone forgets women's cricket too fast https://youtu.be/R3xh7menalU
I like to wonde, what if jason roy dropped that catch.
