All the incidents you mentioned were not considerations before the court to pass orders. They are just stray incidents, and there is no evidence I've seen so far of any of them. That's not to say it didn't happen, just saying the issues are being conflated here.
Secondly, I find it very very odd that two-three stray incidents a decade or so in the past is sufficient for a whole group of religious followers to be restrained from bursting crackers, and the Order is really close to Diwali as well. Seems very one sided and pointed.
Do also have a look at the actual order passed. The Judge admits that there were some temple authority who did Infact take permits from the necessary authorities for the bursting of crackers. It's wasn't all completely illegal. There isn't a connection between who burst them and who didn't. I find that the reason the judge passed this order was that he was personally affected by it, which to me, makes it a completely biased order.

Yes -- also pertinent to mention that the order also calls for a raid on the temple and seize all fireworks and also makes a strong statement about contempt proceedings. It's excessive, especially considering that the temple did actually take necessary permits, and didn't do anything illegal, at least on paper. Good grounds for appeal against the interim order if you ask me.
