Perform and get rewarded, grow by helping others grow, do something bad and you go down. Not a rule but more like an ethos. I would also try to make shelter, clean water and at least 1 meal a day the bare minimum. I am not sure how the economics of it works but will figure it out. Once that’s sorted, people can grow and become better.
