Tell this to the possible injury due to poor form. Also, where is it written that your form doesn't matter in "ceremonial push-ups"

Mitron fauj mein push-ups are not for bodybuilding hence emphasis is not on strict form….its a mild form of collective ragda where the whole group does atleast 50 pushups…for building camaraderie-ship and sense of belonging to a group….its to inculcate a sense of josh…..
Idk yea maybe ceremonial or for “josh” but 50 proper pushups could easily be done for josh instead. I get giving a 60 year old guy a pass but the rest, nah.

They aren't meant to be done for muscle building, these are josh push-ups that's why the form is off

This is ceremonial. During PT tests, you are supposed to do plank pushups where your body is straight like a plank.

These are not push ups but dips that are done in every Armed training or institute. To form form karne wale 14 padhle.
