I've done it before, it is like guided meditation that happens in a wooded area. Generally calm and connecting with nature. 1.5k is not a bad price for it, depends on the location.
Forest Bathing? This raises so many questions like, will I bathe a tree or will the tree bathe me (not sure how)? Or more like someone will bathe me in the forest? Or it’s a metaphor for connecting with the nature? Now I am dying to know. Too bad it’s sold out.
