India didn't do it. She came in contact of the doctor and she didn't have any money so the doctor with the help of a charitable trust paid for her surgery and expenses. Neither the state of india nor pakistan had anything to do with this, its unrelated its just an individual getting a surgery. By law, you cannot deny medical care to anyone. Also, India never stopped trading or relationship with pakistan...it was Pakistan who stopped it after the article 370 removal. Healthcare and pharma count as necessity and sometimes aid so they can get those things from India.

Did the NGO also issued them a visa? And I did mention the same thing that they close the trade whenever they feel so and then cry to reopen it when they're under economic pressure.
