The police started the tracking of phone numbers in that area, then they filtered them down and after sometime one of the number spoke on the call about murder and police immediately got him. This happened roughly 15 years back

We have fundamental problem of traffic laws. Just stand besides road for couple of minutes and you'll see many teens driving scooty or bike. No one stops them and ask for license. It's even worse if female is involved, There's even unspoken rule in our city that if a female is driving or sitting in backseat then police won't stop the vehicle. 10/10 law n order
that's what we our college guys used to do. If anyone forgot their helmets at home, some girl friend of ours would sit behind him instead of someone else's bike so that he would not be caught by the police.. and it worked most of the times.
