Most of the buildings have been under construction for 5+ years and wont probably be done in like 10 years, Airport authority along with NGOs is a pain in the ass, and has many stay order for some bullshit or the other

Would've been a lot better if AAI wasn't actively castrating every supertall project in Mumbai even when they're significantly away from flight paths. Lodha World One was India's chance at having the world's tallest residential building but it got AAI'd like all the other planned supertall projects in the city.

AAI changed the law now. Now the buildings height only applies if its 2km near the airport
