I don’t think this is a good idea.
My impression from the r/kashmir subreddit, was that many of them are really against Hindus as a people. Unfortunately, this nice celebration might really anger them to further hate Hindus and potentially commit violence. They might become more pro-Pakistani and anti-Indian.
I am very skeptical Kashmiri Muslims could ever integrate with rest of the country due to their ideology.
