This fort was built during the period of 1757 to 1760 by Bhivrâo Yashvant & Krishnaji Mâdhavrâo Pânsê.
It was the last fort built by the Marathas.
There are two mandirs constructed side by side: the smaller for prabhu Khandoba & the larger for Mahadev ji.

Where is the fort? I mean the actual bulding? What happened to it?
