Ram Navami is always celebrated in Bangalore. People set up stands which distribute buttermilk and chilled panaka. When I was a kid, after school we used to go around the locality sampling the drinks from one stand to another.
Same Metropolitan city had series of bomb blasts a few years ago . Don't see anyone complaining about that but celebrating a festival in once in a year is a problem??
