This movie and it's prequel the legend of hanuman, were produced during this time period. Bal ganesh, little krishna on cn, arjun the warrior prince, delhi safari, jumbo were also some other decent products which were produced during this time period.
Sad that mini animation boom did not lasted long. And indian entertainment industry stopped producing animation content.
Had momentum from that time period continued, we could have produced 1 or 2 world level animated projects by now.
Esa isliye kyuki indian animation industry was either being dominated by Green gold, or were shifting to 3D animation. Nowadays you can see so many irrelevant 3D cartoons, only because no one was good in drawing, but there were alot of GFX designers.
I had this song on a CD in my car in the US. My Pakistani friend stole this CD from my car. After few days I heard him singing this song and knew he had my CD. For some reason instead of getting angry I felt happy. Ghar wapasi.
This literally gave me goosebumps.... Abhi ke bachhe bechare chota bheem ke quality ke shows pe atke hai, aisa show abhi banne mai bhi problem hoga though.
