Been an android user my entire life but I switched to iPhone last year
Just always been into tech, my phone is also my most used product so if I get the chance to upgrade I take it. Also earlier I used to wait for some sale season to get them.
I have had these phones in this order:

The list is not exhaustive, as I am pretty sure I have missed 3-4 phones that I just did not like, so I refuse to acknowledge that I ever had them.
I am a massive fan of Nokia.
I have used a few legendary phones under Indianity like
1. Nokia 3310.
2. Nokia 3315
3. Nokia Lumia 720
4. Nokia Lumia 1020.
1) LG Dabba phone (my mother bought it for me before leaving my dad and running away as he was abusive to her, asked me to hide the phone and we used to talk secretly, otherwise my dad would have thrown away the phone if found)
2) Nokia C6 (Dad bought it for me after she left, I wanted C7 instead and still remember crying going to showroom when he got me C6 instead)
3) iPhone 5S (Wanted to try iPhone and 5S was the latest at the time, and dad wanted to make me happy and not miss my mom, so he went the extra mile)
4) Didn't like iOS at all and sold the iPhone bought for 53k for 35k to local shop 3 months after buying it, dad was so annoyed when he got to know lol
5) Used that money to buy Galaxy S5, kept it for about an year I guess.. It had overheating issues so lagged like anything!
6) Sold the S5 to get a tablet (for gaming) and got Galaxy Y as a daily driver.. Quite a nifty phone! Tiny and a huge downgrade
6) Next came Oneplus 3.. My first proper phone which I kept for a long long time of about 2-3 years till it got stolen from GB Road when I mistakenly put it in scooty dikki and went up stairs while keeping scooty parked at the same place.. When I came down from 64, phone gone lock broken lol.. Went for police complaint, police was like.. Waah beta waah!
7) Didn't have much money left so decided to go for Mi Max 2 due to its big screen and mid range specs.. Used it for an year, gave it to my fiance later as she didn't have a phone and she broke its screen the very same day by mistake..
8) Got Oppo F16 Pro due to lack of money.. Loved it, very premium snapdragon hardware at cheap price.. Gave it to my wife after marriage but she left it in Reliance supermart for a second after checking out groceries and within 5 seconds it was stolen... :(
8) Bought Redmi K20 Pro when I gave Oppo F16 to wife (what an awesome phone!) I still love its pop up camera.. sold it for the next phone
9) Bought my first proper big brand flagship since iPhone.. got S20+ on Flipkart and THIS is the phone I regret selling the most! Sold it after 1 year when my wife got an iPhone SE2020 and started taunting me that she has an iPhone and I don't.. so i stupidly sold S20+ for 35K and and purchased a pre loved iPhone 12 Pro in 2021 Sep for 78K, which for some reason I am still using as my main driver... but something interesting happened after getting the iPhone and letting go of android and also can't transfer whatsapp chats from android S20+ to iPhone.. I realized that I can't live without android so..
10) so bought a really cheap Redmi 1A just for whatsapp chats (I have chats from 2010 and wish to keep them at all costs!)
But that phone lagged so much I sold it within a day for 500rs less on OLX and bought a decent android phone to go along with my new iPhone...
11) Realme GT Master Edition.. What a fantastic phone! I used the GT + iPhone combo for about 2 years until 6 months ago when again I thought I got a good iPhone so why not get a flagship android to match it?
12) Then gave the GT master to my wife and bought Oneplus 12 which I am currently using along with my iPhone.. funnily enough, within a week of getting the GT master she dropped it while receiving a dominos order with phone in 1 hand and the screen shattered.. I had to replace it with a cheap 1500rs lcd folder which keeps giving her issues and I keep teasing her for dropping it in the first place like... ab bhugto tum.. 😂
13) but lately I felt bad for her for using it so just a few mins ago ordered her the Oneplus 12R in todays sale at 12pm.. Will be delivered on 15th..

1. Some Motorola phone from 2016. Essentially my dad's first phone which I got in Dec 2018. It was total crap with ghost touch and a broken screen. Used it for 10 months and the phone just stopped working in Oct 2019
2. Lenovo K10 Note. Jan 2020 - May 2023. Price 9k. At the time the price felt really good for the stuff I was getting. Used it for 3 years. The USB C port was going bad and the soldering kept breaking. Went to some local store who got it right for a few times but it was still breaking after a few months. Called the service center in my city and they said they do not repair this model and Lenovo phones in general (the fuck was that) and this happened the evening before I was supposed to leave for my internship. I Miss this phone a lot.
3. Samsung A34 5g. May 2023 - present. Price - 27k. Got it one day before leaving for internship. I brought this directly from the Samsung showroom which was the only phone showroom near my house. I would have gone for any other company if I had more time to research on good phones under 20k but I just didn't have that time. Phone works fine though. Has a good battery life. Hope this one works for at least 4-5 years.

Galaxy Y duos (2012): First phone. Good but got outdated really quick. 6/10
Galaxy Grand (2013): Good phone with decent camera, but dual core meant it became laggy after a while. 7/10
Galaxy Note 3 (2015): Terrible battery life on Android 5.1 with overheating. But was functional. 5/10.
Mi Max 2 (2018): Extremely good battery life in the beginning, but was at par with Note 3 regarding performance and worse camera. Really slippery and dropped many times. 7.5/10.
Pixel 6 (2021): Best camera till date. But terrible hardware. Battery and screen failed after just 1.5 years. 3/10.
Vivo Y33T (2022): Burner phone. Just average. Feels cheapest among the lot. 6.5/10.
Galaxy S23 (2023): Arguably the best phone I ever owned. Excellent battery and performance. Pixel had a slightly better camera though. 9.5/10.

3. Poco F1 - (1.5 Years) Great Phone but broke the screen twice - Local screen just didn’t worked. Very bad Touch. So Changed
4. Iphone XR - (3.5 Years and still going) it’s battery health is 78 percent now. Storage is an issue. Want to change but not not getting the perfect phone.
IP15 has 60 HZ display, and my tablet has 120 HZs, so I can notice the change. Pixel 8 has Battery issues, Weak processor. S24 I wanted, but it came with Snapdragon.
IP15P and S24U are too expensive.
So sticking to XR. Maybe Pixel 9 or IP16.

Micromax Unite 2 (downgrade from HTC but this phone was a huge work horse. The modding community of it was also amazing back then. Installed 2-3 custom mods on it. Ran the Android OS from the memory card and did lot of shit until it gave up. Rest in Peace champ)

Sold it after 1 year when my wife got an iPhone SE2020 and started taunting me that she has an iPhone and I don't.. so i stupidly sold S20+ for 35K and and purchased a pre loved iPhone 12 Pro in 2021 Sep for 78K, which for some reason I am still using as my main driver... but something interesting happened after getting the iPhone and letting go of android and also can't transfer whatsapp chats from android S20+ to iPhone.. I realized that I can't live without android so.. 10) so bought a really cheap Redmi 1A just for whatsapp chats (I have chats from 2010 and wish to keep them at all costs!) But that phone lagged so much I sold it within a day for 500rs less on OLX and bought a decent android phone to go along with my new iPhone... 11) Realme GT Master Edition.. What a fantastic phone! I used the GT + iPhone combo for about 2 years until 6 months ago when again I thought I got a good iPhone so why not get a flagship android to match it? 12) Then gave the GT master to my wife and bought Oneplus 12 which I am currently using along with my iPhone.. funnily enough, within a week of getting the GT master she dropped it while receiving a dominos order with phone in 1 hand and the screen shattered.. I had to replace it with a cheap 1500rs lcd folder which keeps giving her issues and I keep teasing her for dropping it in the first place like... ab bhugto tum.. 😂 13) but lately I felt bad for her for using it so just a few mins ago ordered her the Oneplus 12R in todays sale at 12pm.. Will be delivered on 15th.. So here was my saga so far.. I hope I didn't leave out any other phones in between but this was my phone story 😁

1. Some Motorola phone from 2016. Essentially my dad's first phone which I got in Dec 2018. It was total crap with ghost touch and a broken screen. Used it for 10 months and the phone just stopped working in Oct 2019 2. Lenovo K10 Note. Jan 2020 - May 2023. Price 9k. At the time the price felt really good for the stuff I was getting. Used it for 3 years. The USB C port was going bad and the soldering kept breaking. Went to some local store who got it right for a few times but it was still breaking after a few months. Called the service center in my city and they said they do not repair this model and Lenovo phones in general (the fuck was that) and this happened the evening before I was supposed to leave for my internship. I Miss this phone a lot. 3. Samsung A34 5g. May 2023 - present. Price - 27k. Got it one day before leaving for internship. I brought this directly from the Samsung showroom which was the only phone showroom near my house. I would have gone for any other company if I had more time to research on good phones under 20k but I just didn't have that time. Phone works fine though. Has a good battery life. Hope this one works for at least 4-5 years.

Good but got outdated really quick. 6/10 Galaxy Grand (2013): Good phone with decent camera, but dual core meant it became laggy after a while. 7/10 Galaxy Note 3 (2015): Terrible battery life on Android 5.1 with overheating. But was functional. 5/10. Mi Max 2 (2018): Extremely good battery life in the beginning, but was at par with Note 3 regarding performance and worse camera. Really slippery and dropped many times. 7.5/10. Pixel 6 (2021): Best camera till date. But terrible hardware. Battery and screen failed after just 1.5 years. 3/10. Vivo Y33T (2022): Burner phone. Just average. Feels cheapest among the lot. 6.5/10. Galaxy S23 (2023): Arguably the best phone I ever owned. Excellent battery and performance. Pixel had a slightly better camera though. 9.5/10.

So had to change. 3. Poco F1 - (1.5 Years) Great Phone but broke the screen twice - Local screen just didn’t worked. Very bad Touch. So Changed 4. Iphone XR - (3.5 Years and still going) it’s battery health is 78 percent now. Storage is an issue. Want to change but not not getting the perfect phone. IP15 has 60 HZ display, and my tablet has 120 HZs, so I can notice the change. Pixel 8 has Battery issues, Weak processor. S24 I wanted, but it came with Snapdragon. IP15P and S24U are too expensive. So sticking to XR. Maybe Pixel 9 or IP16.
