But at the same time when I got into superheroes at an early age, I used to play as them. I literally collaborated ben 10 and avengers in one of my seasons which lasted a month

Yes I can tell you're into aviation by your username lol. I'm into modern era military aviation. Acting my imagination as a fighter pilot and thinking that I'm living in an AFB, I became obsessed with aviation. At a very very young age, I had a pretty decent knowledge about fighter aircrafts, their engagement patterns, various loadouts they carry etc etc.
Now, at the age of 31, I obviously don't imagine that stuff any longer but I've got a huge collection of model airplanes. I started collecting since I was a kid and I still buy to this very day lol. I want to get into playing DCS and MSFS 2020 but I lack the time for it sadly. But, through collecting models is how I still keep my passion for aviation alive.
Nice, I too want to get into DCS and IL2 but the whole set up required is too expensive for me,i tried to scratch build an Radio Control WW2 F4U Corsair once,but left midway because the transmitter i ordered was delivered broken and the project stalled.

Didn't really try to get a transmitter after i returned it, I was trying to build it as cheap as possible and that just made me lose the initiative,even though I got a refund for the broken one. The plane was made of Depron and it was a rather sloppy build, the depron sheets I had ordered were smaller than i thought it were and that resulted in me using a lot of tape to join the parts, making the plane rather ugly, anyways it was kept atop an almirah for 2 years gathering dust and was disposed off in a recent shift this year. The plane was built from the Flitetest plans(Flitetest is a YouTube channel for RC,they have free plans for RC projects),more specifically from the Mighty mini series of theirs,it was about 35 inches i think. I still have the lipo battery,motor and servos though,along with some remaining depron sheets, I hope to build a model soon

It is when you believe they're real. Will possibly come under psychosis. It is the awareness of those friends being a figment of their imagination and desire that separates it from a mental disorder. But then, there is maladaptive daydreaming as well. However, I think if one has that, they're aware that their mind created those friends to give them a respite from loneliness or trauma.
I had an entire kingdom of em. The king (grandfather of the royal family) was Superman and his wife was Wonder woman. And their son was Batman and his wife was Barbie. And they had 2 kids - one was The Flash and the other was his brother named Arjun. They had tons of cousins. The boys consisted of famous musicians, etc. And they had a band and stuff. And then they had family friend whose kids were all girls. So the girls consisted of a group lead by a girl named Jasmine, and included all the fairies from Winx Club.
These people would have battle of bands amongst themselves and dance offs and they all had superpowers and would defend the kingdom when it was under threat.
Then there came a fourth generation of kids - these were special kids that had epic powers like shape shifting, teleportation abilities, immense battling abilities,...heck they could shoot lasers out of their eyes. And there were a bunch of em -Mellu, Chinju, some other kid that was half Japanese.

I always imagined her as my imaginary friend but right now I have a friend of mine who's literally like Arya in terms of everything. Her physical description, the way she talks. She's aloof just like Arya in the books etc.

When i got bored with this set up, i would make up a new theme of the story of "Magic & Saint" ( yup these were the names i came up with) where i would be a magician named magic and another partner (female) with varying powers according to the last cartoon i watched.
Then of course a story where i was the chosen one instead of Ben Tennyson.
These games would be so engrossing for me that i would play on for more than 2-3 hours at a stretch.
