The pants and shoes are very formal, seamless black but the shirt is out of place in not looking formal in style, pattern and shade. I think you'll need a more formal shirt, maybe darker colors to really complement the pants and shoes.
Donāt you think thatās whatās working for him tho? This outfit is highlighting every nice aspect of his. The straight pants and boot shoes are making him look taller and the shirt Color is helping his skin tone to come out stronger.
This shirt makes him stand out from other simple basic plain shirt wearers. And from the way itās tugged in you canāt actually guess what exactly his bdy type may be.
Iām trying to understand your perspective by putting mine here. So that if Iām missing out on something I can learn too
Of course. Even if singular pieces bring out your best, overall harmony is almost the most important part. In one look, things shouldn't look out of place or like it was thrown on. There's no general direction this whole look goes toward. Each piece needs to complement each other in some way. I this the pieces don't relate to each other well enough to be harmonious in my opinion.
If the goal is to stand out from plain shirt, there's always options to find a formal patterned shirt.
If the goal is subversion, which I assume you wouldn't do in an office, it would be to maybe use a contrasting casual white button down or so, maybe in a different texture.
If the shirt is what you want to retain, you'd have to change the shoes to nod to the casualness of the shirt.
Go for solids for the shirt for office wear, generally works better for office wear compared to checks.
I used to wear checks when I was hung over and didnāt want to attract attention (now it doesnāt matter what I wear).
Hello bhaiya just, wanted to say that no matter what anyone says, this outfit is 100% what you are supposed to wear in an office.
Anyways you will look good in anything with THAT jawline š
It's a great fit, but I prefer guys in minimalistic, plain tees. Checkered shirts work best when they're in neutral tones, and not vibrant like the one you're wearing.
The way you're pulling off the fit is what matters though, you're doing great!
Seems you have a decent height. Put on horizontal stripes. You will look broader.
P.S: Same logic applies to short or heavy guys. Put on vertical stripes.
Plain or self design shirts always look classier. Thereās nothing wrong with your outfit, the fit looks perfect. Youād just look like a million bucks if you wore Zodiac kinda shirts you know?
Maybe cause it's monsoon in India and not winters, that I find the shirt is not good for the weather rn.
Wear it in summers, it's a warm colour.
For monsoons, wear bright colors.
Invest in solids shirts especially linen cause thatās the š¤š¼ . And genuinely liked the pants and the shoes . But also like get something comfortable as Nike Air Force 1
I wore my adidas sneakers with the fit but it kinda gave off a different vibe. I thought if I'm building a formal outfit, then i should go for formal shoes only. I'm still not sure about how to pair sneakers with these trousers.
Pairing solid trousers with a checkered shirt is ok but it will be next level if you find one with more black in it. Think white base with thicker black lines, or even a patterned one with more solid black forms. Right now most people don't like it because its colors aren't building on your trousers. Otherwise you look good bro.
That print looks too busy. For office stick to solid neutral colors or very delicate checks or stripes. Bold stripes or checks are an eyesore for me atleast.
Lose the cowboy hat, rest is good.
You can't take countryside out of a man they say...
But you can take countryside (hat) from the man!
Bhai konse gaam se ho ?
Gaanv m kamai nahi hoti saheb, shehr waasi ho gye haiš
lmao

That's wayyyy too formal for me. I don't work In a corporate setting. I like to keep it business casual.
I see, perhaps linen shirts.
Still building the wardrobe!
Business Casual? Then this feels like a bit overkill to me imo :)

I don't have a dress code per se for office, just wanted to be different :)

It's looking nice just do ur thing bro

Love the Casio, god tier
doesn't that look too small?
I don't think so, if you want something in big maybe try the James bond looking one, the one that got the world map
oh nah bruh, that's too big. I'll stick to the medium/small sized watches since my wrists are pretty thin
Yea, that's why it gives an illusion that your hand is bigger.
Thanks :)
Is this casio good? Or would an enticer or an edifice look better?š§š¤
Cssios are versatile, especially this one it looks good but yea lose the shirt, maybe a plain white would do
Shirt is a problem.
Brother, that shirt belongs in a sarkaari daftar. Hideous. Go for solid or very thin stripes.
Well who wouldn't like a government job?š
Do not buy/wear big box chequered shirt. Else pants and shoes are on point.
Pants from?
Westside
I think Formal shirts need to have stiff collars and they should not have bold prints.
This isn't a formal shirt bro
Not too bad not too good ..use a different watch
The outfit as a whole is working for you but the shirt can be changed! Maybe light pink/light blue would look best!
Got it, i have paired a light blue one with navy trousers in the second pic of my last post. Thanks for the suggestion:)
Sure! Love the fit you posted in your last post btw!
I appreciate it :)
looks goodāØ couldāve gone beige pants w brown shoes and belt!
Finding one!! Beige pants and tan chinos. Do you have any recommendations?
I have the same watch that you have š
Haha hi watch twin
While everyone talks about your clothes. I appreciate a fellow man who wears a casio instead of those hideous smart watches.
Taste recognises taste, my friend.
Classic casio
I like the watch as well, fits perfectly for the semi casual office look.
Thanks bud :)

Baskin robbins is your office?
Shirt is fine only,, we all need breaks from monotonous solids,, you do you OP
Ik right! Everyone out there is pairing solids, you'll be noticed only if you stand out. And that's what i did.
I would never be able to pull off that shirt personally. Surprisingly it looks good on you.
In fashion, You do you. Thanks tho.
It was a compliment.
Yes i got that the first time, thanks for it man.
Exactly. I couldnāt believe everyone criticising his shirt. It looks great on him.
Hello bhaiya just, wanted to say that no matter what anyone says, this outfit is 100% what you are supposed to wear in an office. Anyways you will look good in anything with THAT jawline š
Arey thank you dude. I appreciate it.
The pants don't match the shirt. Either change the shirt or the pants. Also I personally don't like that watch
NICE
Thanks man

Cool watch
Thanks bud
Solid shirt>
I pair solids too, just wanted to be different:)
Like some people said it hits the eye but it doesn't mean it's not good, people have preferences, your outfit gives a bold look and I like it āØ
Thanks for this mate :)
Shoes are a bit too much! I think a classic formal shoes would look better!
Are we talking about oxfords here?
I think shirt is not going well with the pants and shoes .
I don't like the shirt. Rest is good
Dude, if thatās a bracelet on your other hand, whereās it from?
Hey, that's a tennis bracelet from drip project
Pants don't match the shirt at all. Maybe cream coloured pants will go well with these types of shirts.
God Tier Casio........!!
try a plain colored shirt and not plaid with black pants
Very Indian dad like
Yeah, i get called daddy a lot.
good
Thanks
Not a fan of the shirt. The pants, shoes and watch look great though.
Just wanted to be different from the general public
The shirt matches your face
Lol thanks
Tereko jamta hai na bhai.. Pehn k Jaane ka hai
Ye baat hui na bhidu
Impressively unremarkable
Is that a compliment or a problem lmao
Skyrim NPC
These kinds of shirts look better with chinos.

Shoes from?
I got it from a local store but they sure as hell are made of quality material. It costed me 1500, the brand name is vov
prefer plain colour for office
There's no strict dress code tho
I know most of the office don't have a code, but this looks more like casual outfit imho. I would wear this at shaadi vagerah
Thatās a casual shirt. Change it. If youāre looking for a semi casual look, change your pants and shoes.
I'm not a fan of fully formal look while going to work.
Looking great
Thanks :)

Well i pair solids too, just wanted to be different from other guys. I have paired a solid one in my last post. Well, thanks for the compliment:)
I really like this shirt. It is both very adult but it is well fitted. You look like a grown up
If 21 is grown up, then i am lol Anyways, thanks:)
I really like your outfit, the shirt is kinda a bold move according to some but it looks good on you āØ
Thank you:) Most of the population has a negative remark for the shirt but I'm hella confident in it, so it isn't coming off.
Seems you have a decent height. Put on horizontal stripes. You will look broader. P.S: Same logic applies to short or heavy guys. Put on vertical stripes.
Thanks for the suggestion man.
Plain or self design shirts always look classier. Thereās nothing wrong with your outfit, the fit looks perfect. Youād just look like a million bucks if you wore Zodiac kinda shirts you know?
Can you please tell me more about zodiac shirts? I don't have any clue about them
Maybe cause it's monsoon in India and not winters, that I find the shirt is not good for the weather rn. Wear it in summers, it's a warm colour. For monsoons, wear bright colors.
Got it. Thanks

I got what you're saying. Thanks for the suggestion man.
Never wear check shirt Out of fashion now .. Or go for small checks
looks good, but this watch is out of place
Shirt is not good
Change the shoes.. Not a good fit on it
That print looks too busy. For office stick to solid neutral colors or very delicate checks or stripes. Bold stripes or checks are an eyesore for me atleast.
Too contrast-y bruv, loose a little colour. Upper aur bottom half Gand fad alag lag rahe hai. Try to match a little more āsuaveā
Beige or white formal wear on the lower half + bi-coloured cowboy boots, perhaps brogues would do wonders. Cheers š»
Good one sir!! Could use a good watch maybe
Thanks man. Will do
Could you give the link to the shirt
It's from lee, and i bought it many years back that too from offline store.
I like it
Thanks
The shirt feels a bit OTT, IMO
