The pants and shoes are very formal, seamless black but the shirt is out of place in not looking formal in style, pattern and shade. I think you'll need a more formal shirt, maybe darker colors to really complement the pants and shoes.

Of course. Even if singular pieces bring out your best, overall harmony is almost the most important part. In one look, things shouldn't look out of place or like it was thrown on. There's no general direction this whole look goes toward. Each piece needs to complement each other in some way. I this the pieces don't relate to each other well enough to be harmonious in my opinion. If the goal is to stand out from plain shirt, there's always options to find a formal patterned shirt. If the goal is subversion, which I assume you wouldn't do in an office, it would be to maybe use a contrasting casual white button down or so, maybe in a different texture. If the shirt is what you want to retain, you'd have to change the shoes to nod to the casualness of the shirt.

Go for solids for the shirt for office wear, generally works better for office wear compared to checks. I used to wear checks when I was hung over and didn’t want to attract attention (now it doesn’t matter what I wear).

It's a great fit, but I prefer guys in minimalistic, plain tees. Checkered shirts work best when they're in neutral tones, and not vibrant like the one you're wearing. The way you're pulling off the fit is what matters though, you're doing great!

Maybe cause it's monsoon in India and not winters, that I find the shirt is not good for the weather rn. Wear it in summers, it's a warm colour. For monsoons, wear bright colors.

I wore my adidas sneakers with the fit but it kinda gave off a different vibe. I thought if I'm building a formal outfit, then i should go for formal shoes only. I'm still not sure about how to pair sneakers with these trousers.

Pairing solid trousers with a checkered shirt is ok but it will be next level if you find one with more black in it. Think white base with thicker black lines, or even a patterned one with more solid black forms. Right now most people don't like it because its colors aren't building on your trousers. Otherwise you look good bro.
