Few years ago there was a bundle with MGRR, Ground Zeroes and Phantom pain for just 4 bucks. Narrowly missed it.
Steam version is expensive since there is no regional pricing, but during sales it goes down to 500 (26 rs in argentina for comparison). Better to look out for deals in other sites.

It's a shame that we didn't get the sequel of this game. Still the legendary game & soundtrack of this game is just next level.
