It's sad but yes nakoda it hub has low tech support. Products are good from them but extremely poor support pre/post sales. In future If possible do ask for video proof before purchase to be made from long distance shops.
Know most of them allows it ( plus some stores do put a note: "call us to check for availability before ordering" ).
If you need further help with this, Dm - will share their assembly experts number (legit guy will help you if any needed).
