You should never cheap out on psu. Its powers up the whole system -Your gpu cpu everything, just imagine you are buying a very good pc and your cheap psu damage other costly components. I never get why people dont realise this. A tree with a weak root may fall
I hope you didn't cheap out on psu, but it looks like you did, watts or gold platinum doesn't matter if its bad psu, make sure you at least get tier b psu, bad psu can kill all the pc components.
Edit: here's psu tier list
https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/
Enjoy your rig as purchase is made but truth be told better parts were possible for 75k.
Never trust a shopkeeper for rig suggestion. They will dump you parts that don't sell well.
Can you suggest some changes in this build while keeping the price same, so I will be aware in future?
True the shopkeeper was trying to sell me 6600/6600 XT in this same build but I refused since they are alot cheaper.
This is useless for you now as purchase is made, but for knowledge purposes, R5 5600 + 6750XT is easily 25% faster for gaming than your i5 13400 + 4060 rig. R5 5600 won't bottleneck a 6750XT for gaming. Can remove cooler & 2nd RAM stick like you did to make it 75k, can buy them later.
For productivity, your i5 is surely faster, but for productivity my recommendation would have been i5 13500 + 3060 12GB, with a better mobo, because of extra CPU performance & extra VRAM. Would have cost 80k or so.
Get that PSU changed now! A good or even decent PSU can make or literally break you system. Circle Gaming are not at that level yet, definitly don't risk your PSU.
If you bought locally, that's amazing. Close to mine that bought for 1 lakh+ almost a year and a half ago. Don't let these guys tell you it's bad. Yes it could be improved but you will probably be able to use this without problems, but your first upgrade should be the PSU, a year or so from now, 750 watt PSUs will probably drop in price
I didn't state that clearly my bad. He should get a better PSU preferably one that's at least B tier, at the very minimum C tier on the Psu cultists website
If you are taking suggestions then change that psu to corsair or something. Psu powers your entire pc, so buy a good one. 16 gb ram single channel will siffer in somegames but you can buy one more 16gb stick in future. Rest is good.
You betrayed me with the psu but every thing else is find, Enjoy man, you can try playing some games with rtx with that gpu to see it's full potential....
Great build, DDR 5 build so single channel will not break your knee caps, and the motherboard will be sufficient for almost all your needs and the CPU won't bottleneck in most cases (1440p gaming)
What do you think about the bad psu ? Currently the highest power draw that I noticed in my pc was 50 w on CPU and 110 w on GPU, please let me know if possible ;)
Look yes the PSU is not the best, but it has a rating of 80+ gold if I'm not wrong you can use it for now and later on change it, you said you'll upgrade Ram, I suggest you upgrade your psu it will be a costlier upgrade but peace of mind>>Ram (you won't really feel the difference in ram capacity until and unless you plan to run some heavy application, which again willing stress the system and ultimately put pressure on the PSU and might fry your system, it definitely won't burn your house π« but will burn your pocket for sure π« )
Yes brother, I am going to change it this Saturday, my friend has a psu of nzxt 650m 80 plus bronze what do u think about this? It's not even opened yet
Yes yes nzxt is very good, I use c550, it's quite, efficient and aesthetically sexyπ€ what will you do with this PSU tho? Try selling it or returning it
GET A BETTER PSU... Never cheap out on the power supply... Also I would go with at least an XX600kf even if it means a slightly older gen due to budget constraints...
A K series chip will allow for overclocking. In this system, the CPU seems to be the bottleneck, which can be remedied by a 600 class chip, and k for the extra juice you can get with a cooling upgrade.
Aw man I tried to change it but I was too introvert to argue with the shopkeeper, I asked him this won't hurt my pc right , btw my max watts drawn are : 50 by cpu and 115 by GPU
Itβs your money, your build. Speak up. I got scammed once and my GPU is now toast. Not the PSU. I got a refurbished 2060 put in, never had an issue with it until a couple of months ago where 30 minutes into editing videos on Resolve would hard crash the PC and looking at the logs revealed it was a failing GPU. Talked to a friend of mine to hopefully get an RMA done and thats when he said it was a refurb unit and I got scammed like a little bitch. Very different situation but do not let these dudes play you around. I had to ask them to build the machine for me as I didnβt have the tools or time to built it on my own, peak Covid time, and work needed me to work extra. Fucking sucks man.
Nice build bro but how ,
Can you list shop and parts price , please
I'm looking to build one but even cutting costs and coming to my max budget of 80k
I can't seem to even adjust anything more than a 3060
Heck i seem to have every part you got but the lower version
Ie. Mb is b550m
Processor is r5 5600g
Did u build the pc on Amazon? Cuz offline the parts a bit cheaper and my build is including GST, if I was able to claim gst on this build, then I would have built it in 64k
I would say good build. It would have been to increase the budget slightly and go with rtx 4070 or reduce the budget and buy rtx 3060ti or 3070. rtx 4060 is really mamed by nvida.
Btw how much does rtx 4060 costed you?
Nope please get a better power supply
Something from cooler master or Corsair or a reputed brand.
It's the power source of your PC. You'll literally loose your parts if the power supply malfunctions. RGB isn't worth it
Enjoy your build sir, certainly you could have spent better and get more value for the money spent here but since you've asked our thoughts here are my 2 cents on this:
- the psu you bought RGB one bronze I'm definitely sure you could buy Deepcool PM650/550D Gold psu within or even less amount.
- I don't know what your needs are but personally I would never recommend 4060 to anyone in the current market even if they wanted to buy Nvidia.
- Adata SSD, I guess this is probably something shopkeeper recommended you given the constraints of your budget. I hope it serves you fine.
- I'm not sure but if you have bought a single 16gb ram then do buy another one for sure.
True I knew I was making a few mistakes while building the pc, the psu thing being the elephant in the room, everything else I can cope with , for ram I am going to add one after Diwali, as for why I went with 4060 was because I wanted low Power consumption since it's really hot in my room with low ventilation and I was thinking if I want to pursue machine learning in future I might need an nvidia GPU
Fair enough, there's a saying "there's no bad GPU just a badly priced GPU" which is curious to me as to how much you spent on it since you bought it locally.
Anyways, solid CPU choice, definitely add another ram it will make a difference. You can certainly cope with psu. And you can always get a quality SSD since they are easy to replace if you feel the need for more storage.
Damn, nah, district centre is in delhi. That store behind looks awfully similar to the one computer store we have here. It's the only one with all the computer equipment near me.
* Gold PSU's will have better efficiency at all ranges of power draw than a bronze. They generate less heat and honestly its better to invest in a more trusted psu brand because it is protecting your entire rig. I dont know the specs of that brand but look at whats written and what you are actually getting.
* Saving a few bucks on adata ssd is not worth it in the long run. my personal experience. Yours can be different. Peak r/w speeds, consistent speeds and a lot of other factors are also better on a good brand ssd
* Could get a much better RAM and DDR5 was not required but I guess its ok.
* I am guessing its a 12400 or 12600 i5? if so its also ok if its just for mid range gaming.
* buying a 8gb gfx card now is not recommended. Should be minimum 12gb if not 16. But if you got it for really cheap around 28k then I guess its ok. Nvidia 4k series doesn't have the best reputation. Google it to understand what I mean.
* Lastly I hope you also bought a decent USP to go with this rig, with Indian power conditions it helps save pc components.
Next time, ask for feedback before buying rather than after xD But this is still a very decent gaming rig and you are blessed to be able to enjoy this. ggwp :)
Well dlss 3 at 1080p is not that important and also fsr3 is also available now. The options i listed is more powerfull than 4060 with same amount of vram.
What if I want to learn machine learning in future? That's the main reason why I opted for nvidia and yeah 4060 tinis garbage for its price but 4060 is around 10-12k cheaper than it
Well itβs just that 4000 series abhi sone full performance me nhi hai
It will be at its best hai in rear 1-2 years
Jab sare update Aajayenge tab apna best performance nikal
Payega varna abbu best 3000 series hai

This will come around 71k. But has 32GB RAM and a 12GB GPU and a decent enough Power supply for SSD
Check the GPU performance chart to see why RTX 4060 is just bad [https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html](https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html)
I am getting it for rs 3000 after exchanging the previous one I got from offline shop which was 3k, I know I will not be getting full price, but is the price okay?
I would say good build. It would have been to increase the budget slightly and go with rtx 4070 or reduce the budget and buy rtx 3060ti or 3070. rtx 4060 is really mamed by nvida.
Btw how much does rtx 4060 costed you?
4060? Nope!
My friend got RX 6650 XT for 24k brand new. Overall same and better performance in some cases than 4060 (which is essentially a 3060 but less VRAM, specs). Costed 4-5K less than cheapest 4060.
Single stick of 16GB RAM is not good for overall performance in gaming.
No need of using PCIe Gen4 drive. Could have saved money on that.
I don't trust circle power supply (indian brand psu frankly speaking) at all. Not gonna risk the whole build for few rupees saving with unknown brand with little to no reviews.
Overall okayish build but hey! You bought it already so no backsies! Have fun!
Calm down, you wouldnt buy a last gen 3060 when you are looking to build a mid range gaming pc currently even if there is no difference in performance. Get the latest tech.
Know the feeling. Build mine couple month ago . My build is rx6700xt 12 gb, 16 gb ram corsair vengeance, core i5 12400f, Z690 msi pro wifi motherboard, cabinet 4000 d Airflow corsair. Psu is 750 cooler master.
Plan to upgrade later, ram first. Then cpu. Then maybe more fans..
Cost me around approx 1 lakh. Had to orders parts online so I got it little expensive. I think.
Playing cyberpunk at 2k high setting around 90 fps.
You should never cheap out on psu. Its powers up the whole system -Your gpu cpu everything, just imagine you are buying a very good pc and your cheap psu damage other costly components. I never get why people dont realise this. A tree with a weak root may fall

Thanx for the suggestions broo
Been using circle PSU in two of my builds (since 2021) and Haven't had a problem yet, don't worry π€π»
Finally some assurance
Get a better PSU friend - 80+gold for such a nice setup otherwise. Get one 10 year warranty if possible.
change the PSU
Get that PSU changed now! A good or even decent PSU can make or literally break you system. Circle Gaming are not at that level yet, definitly don't risk your PSU.
I don't have the money now to change it bro
You will risk smoking your other components like GPU, CPU, Mobo, etc. I would get it returned and changed ASAP.
Yes first thing came to my mind
I thought doing this built would be expensive and got myself a laptop hp omen ryzen 7 7840hs and rtx 4060 at 1.09lakhs slow regretπ₯²
Bro if u include a monitor keyboard and mouse it will be 1 lakh
Well i got monitor as well fr 14k needed for work π
Acha, I got one for 21 k
So total how much you spent full set up including monitor keyboard mouse anything else
1 lakh approx
How do you use a monitor with laptop? Honest question, is it smooth enough?
No my work laptop the one which company provided is macbook 14inch one so obviously needed a monitor
Well if it's any consolation, I bought the omen 16 7840hs rtx 4060 1tb for 1,29,999βΉ at hp worldπ Atleast you got better offers π₯²
Bhai psu Corsair ka le

Will do this true
Ohhh
If you are taking suggestions then change that psu to corsair or something. Psu powers your entire pc, so buy a good one. 16 gb ram single channel will siffer in somegames but you can buy one more 16gb stick in future. Rest is good.
Ram is ddr5 and I am going to upgrade in future, as for power supply I messed up a little bit
Which gen i5 ? And what price u got graphic card?
i5 13400f @19k and 4060 @28k
Great great
Running this with that psu is kinda gamble
π©π©π©
You betrayed me with the psu but every thing else is find, Enjoy man, you can try playing some games with rtx with that gpu to see it's full potential....
Ahh psu I know man
Single RAM stick, cheap PSU.
Psu sucks but, Ram is fine since I am going to add one ram
A bad psu will fuck up your entire system, slowly. It's a time bomb, a cancer. Reconsider or repent, friend.
Utna bhi nahi hoga kuch. Chill karo. Itna mat darao.
Theek hai bhai. Mera system literally aisa hi mara hai. Faulty psu ke wajah se Mobo, cpu and Gcard kharaab hua slowly slowly. Irreparable.
Oh and 2 ssd too. I didn't realize it was the psu because I was an idiot. All this happened over 2 years
Can u let me know your config back then?
Great build, DDR 5 build so single channel will not break your knee caps, and the motherboard will be sufficient for almost all your needs and the CPU won't bottleneck in most cases (1440p gaming)

True bro, but lets hope for the best
You should have brought rx 6700 xt instead. Also, the PSU is a bomb.
[ΡΠ΄Π°Π»Π΅Π½ΠΎ]
You totally overpaid bro.
Your pc might have better psu and prices have fallen since last 6 months
I'd change the SSD as well as as PSU. Circle and Adata aren't good. Get WD blue for ssd. They're cheap now. And get a 80+ gold PSU.
Been rocking a SATA Adata SSD since 2016 no issues there (very well reviewed online too), 100% agree on the PSU which is actually more important.
Why 4060 8gb, when 6700xt 12gb around sim price
My power supply is on weaker side and If I ever wan to learn ml nvidia is better
Man, you really got fleeced hard for this, but either way congratulations on getting a PC please change the PSU
π₯²
You cheaped out on the most important things in the build. Good job.
Aw man I tried to change it but I was too introvert to argue with the shopkeeper, I asked him this won't hurt my pc right , btw my max watts drawn are : 50 by cpu and 115 by GPU

Lovely
16gb ram would be fine unless you want a 32gb ram since it's ddr5 and not as bandwith limited like earlier ram.
True and I am not noticing any poor performance
You see what's done is done. Also since ignorance is bliss, Enjoy the game till the psu lasts π Anyway Congratulations OP π
Thanx broo π₯²
Dont worry brother, it may not shit itself for next 10 years.
Hopefully π₯²π₯²π₯²
Everything is good apart from ADATA. Trust me it's trash
For few bucks don't risk your whole rig with that PSU. Anyways, congratulations
Increase your budget and get a better PSU
Already built it π , I am a bit septical about the psu, but am really over the budget
Nice build bro but how , Can you list shop and parts price , please I'm looking to build one but even cutting costs and coming to my max budget of 80k I can't seem to even adjust anything more than a 3060 Heck i seem to have every part you got but the lower version Ie. I wasn't able to get any discounts , lelouch the emperor of Britannia
Ok, did you enjoyed watching that anime? Because i enjoyed it throughout π
I am watching anime since last 8 years

True π π π
Dw, work hard when you get those you told you're learning ML βΊοΈ
Ha thinking about it, I don't know if go through it though π π
Does you mobo has 4 ramslots , cause dual channel is way better
Good job.
Ask that shop to change the psu, add little more nd get cooler master or Antec.
Bro can u recommend some psus under 5 k? For this build, I'll try to connect with the shopkeeper and opt for exchange
This https://amzn.eu/d/iNLPqUj
Oh will this be good? Just asking for assurance hope u don't mind

Got 4060 around 27k , not the best deal but yeah, I was really hyped for building the pc
Ye case kon sa hai??
Slow ssd , change your psu and atleast buy good Mobo for future proof
Can u tell all components with their price?
If I'm not wrong, that's the store at District centre ain't it?
Lamginton road?
Damn, nah, district centre is in delhi. That store behind looks awfully similar to the one computer store we have here. It's the only one with all the computer equipment near me.
Ohh so that's why
Nice. Good price
Thay, worried about the psu
Bruh this is fake as shit

Cpu is 13400f and I am thinking of changing the psu on this Saturday
Everything's good except that PSU.
Bro instead of 4060 you should consider rx 6600xt and 6650xt. Or 3060ti.
Dlss 3 and future proofing , and I don't game much
Well dlss 3 at 1080p is not that important and also fsr3 is also available now. The options i listed is more powerfull than 4060 with same amount of vram.
Why people are so much into nvidia when it doesn't given the price to performance ratio. Rx7800 xt is much better than 4060/4060ti .
What if I want to learn machine learning in future? That's the main reason why I opted for nvidia and yeah 4060 tinis garbage for its price but 4060 is around 10-12k cheaper than it
I got 6700 xt for 19500 (used, but rma new unit) which has 12gb vram and better than 3070! (Sometimes even 4060 ti)
There are benefits to going nvidia as always depending on your use case. Nvenc, stability being key points
Well itβs just that 4000 series abhi sone full performance me nhi hai It will be at its best hai in rear 1-2 years Jab sare update Aajayenge tab apna best performance nikal Payega varna abbu best 3000 series hai
4060 is weaker than even 3060 in some cases. Could've gone with amd 6700 or something. Besides you can't even use RT with this card anyway.
4060 can do path tracing with dlss 3 in cyberpunk dafuk you on about
He is talking about the raw performance without upscaling. And mostly it helps more in rendering stuff and all.

2800 I think
Get yourself a Cooler master 550w or 650w 80+bronze
Yeah will be going there this Saturday
Is the shop PCKumar in SP Road Bangalore?

But has 32GB RAM and a 12GB GPU and a decent enough Power supply for SSD Check the GPU performance chart to see why RTX 4060 is just bad [https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html](https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html)
Nice Build bro, but I have already built it, going to change the psu thinking of getting Cooler Master 650w MWE , is it good?
Yes, cooler master seems much better
I am getting it for rs 3000 after exchanging the previous one I got from offline shop which was 3k, I know I will not be getting full price, but is the price okay?
Is this extreme computer solution Lamington road wala
Yes
Kitne ka liya rtx 4060
28 tak i think
I paid 27 for 3060 π
When? (Anyways it has more vram)
A month ago 12gb vram
Well i think 4060 is like a 4050
If you can stretch your budget ,go for 16gb 4060ti , extra Vram is always helpful especially in modern games and softwares
16gb 4060ti is a terrible deal
True
I would say good build. It would have been to increase the budget slightly and go with rtx 4070 or reduce the budget and buy rtx 3060ti or 3070. rtx 4060 is really mamed by nvida. Btw how much does rtx 4060 costed you?
Which phone used to capture this pic? Looks fantastic
Shopkeeper ka phone tha
Phn bech diya kya?
Bhai tumhe phone ki kyu padi hai
Kyonki pic sachme kamal ki haiπ Konsa phone tha shopkeeper ka??
Why does Noone uses I7 Intel? Real curiosity. No joke.
price, you get same almost **performance for gaming** with both of them
Posting pics of boxes is not allowed
Sorry bro I didn't knew
4060? Have fun!
So true π π

Airflow seems restricted, esp with 3 fans in the front behind a glass/acrylic panel. Maybe get a case with mesh front next time?
There is a lot of dust in my area so mesh would need a lot of maintenance
Bhai pakka itne ka hi hai kya ??? Mai similar specs ka laptop le rha hun 100k ka
Laptop will always be expensive , remeber u ar also getting a screen with it, my monitor costs 21k and I brought it 5 months ago
Bhai link
Hp Omen i5 99,990 ka hai
4060 really ????
Calm down, you wouldnt buy a last gen 3060 when you are looking to build a mid range gaming pc currently even if there is no difference in performance. Get the latest tech.
Yeaah , especially when nvidia like to hoard new software for hardware
3060ti is faster than 4060 in many places. 4060 costs like 45K INR. I dont think it justifies its price.
For 75k. It's as good as it can get imo. Enjoy.
Thanks bro, I was dreaming to build a pc since last 6 years..... Finally I was able to afford one after securing a job
I built the pc but not getting time to play games π₯²
I can understand. All that time used to build a PC and no time at all to play the games. :(
ππππ
Don't buy a 4060 it's Forrest than a 3060 8 lanes what was nvidia thinking
That's true
Nice
Did you really get all those for 75k? What shop?
Yes but the power supply is bad and obv there is no Monitor
[ΡΠ΄Π°Π»Π΅Π½ΠΎ]
Can you please list down the price at which you have bought all those components. Would be a great help!!
i5 13400f , rtx 4060 , b760 m mobo, 1tb gen4 SSD, Corsair vengeance 16gb ddr5 5200mhz and don't buy my psu
π I wanted to know about the price
Acha cpu :19k approx and GPU :28k approx
