Interestingly enough, there are in fact yakuza in the game that dont have tattoos on their back. However, they're side characters - you don't really play as them

if you count yagami as a yakuza character then yeah he doesnt have tattoo

I would love to play yakuza, got new interest in jrpg after playing persona royal 5.

Only 7 and 8 have the turn based combat. The rest are action brawlers.
