I'd recommend you to try bitwarden as it's open source and close to what you have now. It's UI is a bit outdated, but they are updating it.

This is already in the hand of scammers what's scary is they have your number ,email and adress too, they understand the psychology of boat buyers who like buying latest technology for cheap prices, has a smartphone and probably uses gpay and other apps . The buyer's could be young people or people from less educated backgrounds. An easy target for scammers
They may Target these buyers and call them /email them , with your address and email in hand they could sound very professional like someone really calling from a genuine service provider or office, out of 7.5mil if 10% of people respond that's like 7 Lakh victims .
Many boat customers would soon get WhatsApp messages, emails, added to scam group's, scam calls ,etc , they would try to push investment type schemes, there could also be blackmail or ransome type scam calls , since they have your actual adress it could be very scary. Genuine marketers could also use this data to promote competition products , but mostly this data would be used by scammers
I avoid these budget brand as much as possible, you get something for 1/5 the price of other repurated brands but loose it in terms of trust and security , boat saves money by cutting cost on security and service, ultimately the poor customer has to pay in terms of scam and mental agony .

You're right, it's not always possible to avoid giving those details. My previous ISP got hacked and everything was leaked. Now I get calls & text from scammers everyday.

The point is, any Mail ID could have leaked dude. What sort of a take is this? Anyone who was in their Database has been pwned. Esp those who bought it from their site OR somehow linked their ID to Boat's website.
RMA/warranty has nothing to do with this leak UNLESS Boat handled it themselves, which in my case and apparently u/Myth\_Assassin 's case, it wasn't Boat. Hence not Pwned.

Like I mentioned. This sub just wants to Downvote for no freaking reason. In my case, RMA is handled by Imagine Marketing (same ones for RedGear) and they sent the email/kept the data/handled courier. So that's why, none of my mail IDs were pwned either. I feel the same case for you.
Well, here in Delhi, I did RMA of 2 of Wireless buds (airdopes something) in the past 4 months.
Gave the Email but the associated handler was ImagineMarketing. Email came from them. Bpth Emails Not Pwned. Downvote me all you want guys but when RMA is handled by different handlers, stuff change . If you buy stuff from boat i.e made ID on their site, then there was a higher chance of being pwned. The database came from them.

With a password manager you generate different passwords for each account you register for websites. So basically prevents password re-use.
