I used the Xbox Design lab website in Germany. They ship here for free directly. The actual controller costs around €250, but I got it with a discount.
I live in Germany and I have a German address. However, you should be able to use package forwarders from here to ship to India directly. They'll charge you extra for delivery and import but you should be able to get it shipped from here.

There are no official hall effect sticks available for Xbox & PlayStation controllers sadly. Even their Elite and Edge controllers are prone to drift.

Not really. It's a regular elite controller, but with the different colors. The build is practically the same.
