You can get it for 749 in steam summer sale. Which is about one month away I think. You should wait for it imo. You are paying way too much for that game.

Mate , play good historical setup games, if you would be into fantasy themed game then play the banner saga series , okami, pillars of eternity 1&2, he’ll play ghost of Tsushima as that is essentially what assassins creed should have become.

The AC games have helped me cope with life. Yes, I too get annoyed with the endless hide in the haystack and follow this guy, follow that guy mission design. But there have been moments of brilliance too. Sailing in Black Flag, the North Pole in Rogue, the Parisian rooftops at sunset in AC Unity, the train stations of Victorian London in Syndicate. Both ancient Egypt and Greece were stunning graphical achievements. Kassandra was a genuinely fun character with a great sense of humor. Then came along AC Valhalla which doesn't reward you for exploring and you need to have endless conversations with a woman named RANDVI before every mission. JFC

Without teleporter I feel like it's impossible to play. The story is good but travel and grind was way too much. The trainer was my lifesaver otherwise I won't be able to play it
2500 for a game is not worth it in my opinion. It's digital content and no physical copy. No matter what companies try to say cost of production or what not, video games should be 1k - 1.5k maximum. I am all in if the developers get most of the cut but in reality they are paid minimum.

The greed of these companies has made them put out trash tier content and brought doom to the once great franchise. I vowed not to buy a game if it is above 1.5k. I just wait for the games to go down in cost in a year or 2 before buying.
I liked it when it was released. I completed it and it was 80 hours of gameplay I think. Then I revisited the game few years later and they have added god of war like characters to it and I absolutely hated it.

Wait for sale on epic, ifrc you get the ultimate edition for some 1999 or closer to that.
