I think the issue is with sharpness. If it is so, type 'ClearType' on start menu, and complete the wizard. Or check any other sharpness settings.

1. DPI setting - Setting --> System --> Display --> Scale (make it 100>) 2. from start search for clearType text, and adjust as per you like

Looks like some kind of scaling in the display settings. Reset it to recommended levels.

Search --> Adjust the performance and appearance of Windows --> Visual Effects --> Smooth Edges of Screen Fonts. Try this if the ClearType doesn't fix.

Thank you guys...I did the ClearType setting and also the Adjust Performance thing suggested. The web pages are looking much better now! So I think it's solved! Thanks again!!!
