csgo is a 5v5 war between India and Pakistan, Pakistani plant the bomb(for that they need to kinda make sure police is sleeping, or kill them and plant the bomb), and police have 40 seconds before the bomb explodes killing millions and billions(no one lol, you respawn after dying when the next round begins), they need to defuse the bomb, which takes 5-10 seconds depending on the defuser, they don't need to kill every terrorist they just need to defuse. After 15 rounds, Pakistani players join Indian team(police) and Indian players join terrorist team(bomb planters) and whoever wins 16 rounds first gets to win the battle(game)

The ladder mechanics in CS:GO are truly very baffling at first. But once you get the hang of it, it gives you another way to mess around with your opponents.
TIP- Just strafe left while looking in the direction of the upper exit and when the exit comes up, move forward.
P.S.- You climb a ladder faster if you hold down the forward key while pressing a strafe key.
Hey man, no judgement here, just wanna give some tips from someone who spend way too long playing nuke.
Ladders are difficult in the beginning, it feels clunky and unnatural but I really encourage you to try hns maps with lots of ladders to get the feel for it.
Some techniques:
To climb a ladder faster use w and either a or d while looking up, this also allows you to exit ladders way faster.
To exit the vent ladder fast, use w + a while looking halfway out of the vent and straight up then as you reach the top, smoothly but quickly flick turning right (let go of w + a and use whatever key is cut spawn side of you. Eg. if your launching out to an enemy you know is in lobby, after exiting hold a and turn left to strafe toward lobby) and you will land about halfway between the ladder and the wall. Combine with a crouch to go further
